    Too many restrictions, not enough freedom.

    I can't set the appointments how I want them, it's far far too restrictive.

    Not Enough Flexibility

    Good app for flat rate appointments, but not variable cost appointments. With this app, the user is extremely limited in how/what they can offer as a service, without overcomplicating the UI for the client. For instance, I'm a real estate photog, and when my schedule a session, they need to be allowed add-on items to their service. This is not possible with this app. My client can't order a standard photoshoot, and add-on drone photography, etc... Good app for flat rate appointments, but not variable cost appointments.

    Sent 5 emails to support@vcita and NO answer at all

    My account has been blocked by error (I did push the wrong button) since then I tried to get in touch with the team support to reactive it and... absolute silence ! Like no one exists in this team....

    Flashing Black Screens

    When visiting https://www.vcita.com/ the screen flashes black...this is also happening on the popup widget through Wix...yes it is a windows 10 browser thing but considering that many users will actually be using windows other than a mac, makes this app hard to recommend. I am on trial and was going to allow the upgrade at $719 but now I'm pretty sure the app is only going to be 50% usable for my clients who use their generic bought computers with windows edge, and who are not internet techs, and they will not install Firefox or Chrome browsers just so they can use this feature on my website...(updated) there is a setting in windows 10 to uncheck in msconfig > services > Problem reporting...this got rid of the flashing black on both vcita website and inline popup...but since it is a default setting in windows I'm still convinced my end users will believe the problem to be my website unfortunately

    multiple clients per booking

    for a gym class, we need to have spaces available for bookings, having multiple bookings for one event, and a cap for this is vital!
