O Booking só permite criar agendamentos recorrentes para serviços em grupo, mais isso no meu caso é muito ruim, pois trabalho com agencia de empregadas e a maioria dos clientes tem plano mensal e eu tenho que fazer os agendamentos recorrentes manualmente e da muito trabalho, principalmente quando preciso remanejar a agenda de uma funcionaria para outra funcionária. Seria muito útil liberar a função de agendamentos recorrentes para todos os serviço, seria muito útil para muitas pessoas. Obrigado

      O agendamento flexível para serviços recorrentes está atualmente em estágios finais de desenvolvimento para tornar isso possível sem tomar várias medidas manualmente para cada cliente ou membro da equipe. Flexible scheduling for recurring services is currently in the final stages of development to make this possible without taking several steps manually for each client or staff member.     Booking Events

    We are a non profit that books several events per year at our private island. Obviously boat transportation needs to be scheduled for each event and each boat has a maximum capacity. Can we accept a booking and have it automatically shut off when the max capacity is reached

      Hello, thanks for your question. Yes, you can book events in vCita and set a maximum capacity. This is achieved by creating your engagement as a Group Event/Class (find this under Settings > My Services > Create New Service) and setting the appropriate attendance limit. After the max attendance is reached, no new clients will be able to book in that timeslot.

    limit to 3 services

    The app was great to start with until I had to upgrade to add more than 3 services? I have a shuttle company and this was by far the best scheduler until this issue. Can you offer at least five free lines for services before needing to upgrade? I can't offer my customers all of the services that I offer because of this. Thanks

We definitely understand that there are many features needed to run a business. That is why we offer plans starting as low as $0.41/day.     No Multiple services in only one appointment scheduled, no integration with any accounting solution.

    It is good however, no option to add multiple services with different rates and all sum in only one amount and payment. If the customer wants schedule multiple services in only one date is not possible. I have a cleaning company and one customer can request a regular cleaning service and additional two or more extra services with an additional cost, vCITA solution only allow add one service and pay for this specific service. Other issue is not option to export the finance data to any accounting system or application, I need expend time with doable entry. Other one is not coupons discounts option.

      Thank you for your feedback. With vCita scheduler you CAN create a list of services, each with different duration, rate and type. Add-ons option is not yet available, however, you can create additional services options which include those add-ons in your services menu. Integration with accounting system is now in Beta (using Zapier) and available with vCita premium - If you'd like to join the beta, email us at support@vcita.com

    No recurrent scheduling

    Without recurrent scheduling it's nearly useless to me. Overlooking that issue the platform is more complex and intuitive than it has to be.
