    Disappointed

    This app had everything I needed, I thought. I entered all my product info only to have only half of it save. I went back and did it again, still not saved or showing on web page. Then 5 items saved, but only 3 show up on the web page and how does the customer find the info that I entered about the product. Also how do they find where to pick their options for the product. I paid the upgrade price and this app doesn't work at all. I either need this fixed asap or a refund!

If you do, I'll gladly help you see what exactly went wrong. Mostly what you are describing is a result of not publishing or not clicking the "Save Product" button before closing the app-settings.     Hate it!

    Typed out all of my information just to hit save and it wouldnt save. Repeated it a few more times, information won't save, was only able to add one product. Cant add variants because when you go to add inventory number it wont allow you to change it. Orders says "Out of stock" instead of giving a option to purchase. This is a headache, the app doesnt work, just send me a refund.

      Thank you for your review. It took me a few hours but I replied to your 'contact us' request and hopefully what I wrote there will help you with operating things. Some users confuse the Wix Editor "Save" button (top-right of the Editor) with the app-settings "Save product" button.

    Decent basic design, Not useful for me

    I was excited about this app because it offers product variants, which Wix Store does not! (So frustrating.) The graphic customization is ok. You have to do a lot of the graphic work on the web page where you are placing your store, not on the store settings. Also, you have to temporarily set an empty page as your new homepage, because this app only installs on the current homepage. For me, the most disappointing realization was that this app does not allow you to sell digital downloads, which is nearly my whole business. So those desired digital product variants evaporated. Also, the integration with PayPal is not true integration. It just sends the order to your paypal email. Finally, even though there is a shopping cart, I am not certain it's an automated shopping experience, since there's an option to "send order to your email." I wish I could give a more complete review, but since I was not able to use the app, I can't say how the rest of the experience works.

    tight limit on products with free plan not good for small hobby-like business like mine. Definitely would not reccomend

      I'm sorry that you are disappointed. As clearly stated in the features tab of the app, the free version is limited to 10 products, while in the premium plan you may have unlimited number of products in your store. This is not unusual.

    Numbered products

    Can I list for example a mystery box as a single product but allow people to click on the one box link and in the checkout pick a box number 1-50?

      Thank you for grading us. The shopping cart does not have a typing input, so clients need to use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the quantity. If you want to make their selection quicker you may, for instance, add a product of 10 boxes to make it easier for them to reach 50.

    Multicurrency

    Is it possible to set up different categories and each of them with a different currency? I need to sell some products in USD, some in EUR and some in Mexican pesos

      Thanks for writing. You can set the currency for each product separately. Also, you can set multiple currencies for a product, and in this case the customer will be asked during checkout what currency they want to use. Please use the "Contact Us" form in the app-settings ("Support" Tab) if you need further assistance.

    Problems with the setup

    Photo's disappeared and cant see shipping options

    Installed the app on my site, designed to my colour scheme, then pictures/items disappeared. Tried several times, saved etc. Also can't see shipping options, as shipping to different countries require different costs. Can this be done?

      Thank you for writing. It would be best if you contacted us directly, through the app, so we could see exactly what you are experiencing. This way we can help our users fast and efficiently. Most probably you did not publish your store and moved to preview mode, but I cannot really help you through the review system as these posts are anonymous and I cannot locate your account (The review system is intended to give us feedback and grades but not to ask for help). You are right regarding shipping - the app is a simple eCommerce tool and does not support shipping, therefore the price of a product is the total price including all shipping and taxes.

      Hello. Simpl-e-Commerce does not have a yearly plan currently. Perhaps we will have in the future. It is possible that you confused our app with Wix eCommerce plan.

      We speak very little Spanish, so I'm not sure I got your question correctly. The only charge is the monthly charge for the premium plan, which allows you to use the premium features as detailed in the "Features" tab of the app. Many ask about the PayPal payments - those payments are directly to your account and we do not touch them. The site owner is charged by PayPal the normal fees that PayPal takes for transactions. We hope this helps.

    Keeps crashing

    This app has crashed 3 times already over 2 week span and is down for long periods (almost the whole day). My online business depends on me selling my products.......how can I do that with this unreliable app?
