   Seasonal Question

      Hi. Futurestay went through a reorganization in late 2022 and has since launched a new Futurestay Dashboard (07/2023) and a new Wix app (04/2024). Our new Dashboard (and Wix app) are currently available to U.S. hosts offering “whole homes”. We’ll be slowly expanding to additional property types throughout the year.    I have questions about pricing

   Our vacation rental average is 2300 per booking but goes higher. so if you state owner only pays 3% renter pays 10% I ma pretty sure any savvy traveler will see a $230 charge and say WHAT on EARTH? this doesn't have Accidental Property Damage Insurance or taxes. seriously this will lower our profits due to the fact owners will be forced to lower rates to compensate for the huge fees paid to your company. All the renter cares about is total cost not who gets what! I would rather have the option to pay a flat fee and a small transaction fee of $3% for credit cards If i didn't know better I would think VRBO AIRBNB AND BOOKING.com put this app together to make independant vacation rentals look unattractive and Obsolet not to mention too pricey

      Thank you for your feedback. A 5% markup is applied and paid for by the traveler, not 10%. Futurestay was founded with the goal of connecting everything that matters to a vacation rental owner -- from calendars and reservations to their personal, branded website.    What Commission do we make?

   Placing this APP on my site and paying you 3% of the buyers purchase. What commission do I make? Example, the buyer pays 10%, does this mean I would receive 7%?

      Thank you for your feedback. You make whatever commission you want for your business, as you set your pricing. Futurestay's 5% markup applies to the rate you set and is paid by the traveler. A standard 3% credit card processing fees comes out of your commission to the payment processor, not Futurestay.

   Need a holiday package booking app

   Hi, this app is good for hotels, I'm looking for one good app for booking online vacations. i still cant find any app in for booking online tours with online payment. will you have any app or can you tell me pleas what is the best for me. pleas???

   Looks very interesting but too expensive

   If the total cost were around 5-6% per booking I would definitely give this a try. No way I am giving 13% per sale.

      Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. There are no fees, contracts, or subscriptions to use Futurestay. We have a 5% markup. If you set your base nightly rate to $100/night, we mark it up to $105 and present that to the traveler at the time of booking. You make $100, minus the 3% credit card processing fee (which goes to the payment processor). Let us know if you have any other questions. Best, The Futurestay Team
