STR & Airbnb Booking Manager WONT HAVE YOUR BACK
Please and that although this seems easier it completely defeats the purpose of private direct bookings. They use stripe as the payment processor and they will absolutely not help you in the event of fraudulent chargebacks and guest extortion. They will not hesitate to give the guest their money back and then demand that you pay the processor fees anyway. If you are going to use it turn off instant booking and make sure you collect your payment elsewhere.

Hi Kiwi Experience. Thanks for checking in. Our international expansion began with an expansion to Mexico, Canada and numerous Caribbean Islands in late 2025/early 2026. We don't have a timeline yet for additional countries and currencies, but please reach out to us at Service@Futurestay.com to have your name added to our waitlist notification for any other country.

Hi. Thank you for posting. You are correct - as advertised, our platform (and associated Wix App) are available for hosts with properties in the U.S., Canada and Mexico only. I believe the only Wix App available to hosts outside the U.S. is the Wix Hotels app, but suggest you search within the App Marketplace for something that will fit your needs. In the meantime, we started our international expansion this year. Please feel free to send us your details (name, email, country, property types) and we'd be happy to add you to our international waitlist. You can send that to us directly at Service@Futurestay.com.

I downloaded this app with great excitement, only to find out later that it only works in the United States. I hope you consider expanding access in a near future.

Looks great, would do exactly what I needed (and granted it was probably my own fault for not thoroughly checking) but it is ONLY FOR USA PROPERTIES. This is more of a heads up to any UK landlords rather than a negative review, but would appreciate something telling me sooner about this fundamental element before I'd signed up and linked my AirBnb account
