Yes, each property will how its own description, content, rules, images, etc., which powers the property view on your direct website. You can also attach the availability calendar for each property's details, showing the next 4, 12, 24 months of availability, for guests to browse.    Hello, Thanks for your question. At this time, we do not have the ability to set specific check-in dates (like Saturdays), but you can set custom minimum and maximum stay lengths.    Hello, Yes, Futurestay uses Payoneer to deposit funds for a reservation to those who do not have a U.S. bank account. You can create and link your Payoneer account when you get started with your account. Best, Then Futurestay Team

If you get a reservation from Booking.com/Expedia/Airbnb/HomeAway/your direct website, your calendars will automatically be updated, everywhere. Any changes to rates or content in Futurestay will be instantly updated to listings everywhere across the web -- no more manually updating!

   Futurestay applies a 5% mark-up. If you list your property at $100, we mark-it-up to $105 and present it to the traveler. They pay the mark-up in the cost of their reservation. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

   Thanks for your question. Futurestay has a 5% mark-up that is added to your base nightly rate. If you list at $100/night, we mark-it-up to $105 and present that to the traveler, who pays the markup at the time of booking. Since you are adding Futurestay as the booking engine to your WIX website, we process the transaction for you. The only amount you pay is a 3% credit card processing fee, which goes to the payment processor. That's it -- you set your commission and make what you need for your business, while getting the power of Futurestay.

   Hi. Futurestay went through a reorganization in late 2022 and has since launched a new Futurestay Dashboard (07/2023) and a new Wix app (04/2024). Our new Dashboard (and Wix app) are currently available to U.S. hosts. We’ll be targeting an international expansion early next year.
