    How to put the badge at the home?

    Hey guys, I installed the application on my website, but it created a new page. Is there a way to integrate this into a section on the homepage instead? And I need to understand about proprieties outside US, because I am in Brazil.

      Hi. Thank you for posting. Futurestay's platform (and associated Wix App) are available for hosts with properties in the U.S. only. I believe the only Wix App available to hosts outside the U.S. is the Wix Hotels app, but suggest you search within the App Marketplace for something that will fit your needs. In the meantime, we are planning an international expansion in late 2025.       Hi Lagauviniere. Thank you for your interest in Futurestay. We currently service hosts with properties in the U.S. with guest payments and host payouts in USD only. We're looking to gradually expand to provide services to short term rental hosts with properties outside the U.S. in early 2025. We'll also be looking into a multi-currency expansion in late 2025.     Traveler insurance & Damage protection

    do you have partners to offer traveler's insurance and damage protection to the booking? We usually charge a refundable damage fee that can be waived if the guest buys damage insurance

      Hello, Thank you for your question. We don't yet offer the ability for travelers to purchase insurance. As you mentioned, you can set a security deposit amount for each of your properties, to cover any costs associated to damages. If there is no damage reported, then the security deposit is automatically released to the guest after their stay. Let us know if you have any other questions. Best, The Futurestay Team

    Automatic Notification Settings

    The properties I manage have different owners. I need the owner/agent to get notified automatically by email once it's booked. Do you have a fields in the app that I can program multiple emails addresses to automatically notify when the booking is done? (for example: to guest, to host, to house-keeping, to security, etc.).

      With Futurestay's Smart Connection™ technology automatic email communications go out on your behalf based on your business rules. Both you and the traveler are kept up-to-date with a reservation's status, payment information, and more. You can set multiple emails in your Dashboard.
