WONT HAVE YOUR BACK
Please and that although this seems easier it completely defeats the purpose of private direct bookings. They use stripe as the payment processor and they will absolutely not help you in the event of fraudulent chargebacks and guest extortion. They will not hesitate to give the guest their money back and then demand that you pay the processor fees anyway. If you are going to use it turn off instant booking and make sure you collect your payment elsewhere.

Hi there, you said last year you were planning to launch into other countries by the end of 2025. When is expected roll out?

Hi Kiwi Experience. Thanks for checking in. Our international expansion began with an expansion to Mexico, Canada and numerous Caribbean Islands in late 2025/early 2026. Looks great, would do exactly what I needed (and granted it was probably my own fault for not thoroughly checking) but it is ONLY FOR USA PROPERTIES. This is more of a heads up to any UK landlords rather than a negative review, but would appreciate something telling me sooner about this fundamental element before I'd signed up and linked my AirBnb account

These guys are awesome!
Gracie and Leo were immensely helpful and kind with integrating Futurestay into a Wix site I am building for my mother-in-law's short term rental company. How to put the badge at the home?
Hey guys, I installed the application on my website, but it created a new page. Is there a way to integrate this into a section on the homepage instead? And I need to understand about proprieties outside US, because I am in Brazil.

Hi. Thank you for posting. Futurestay's platform (and associated Wix App) are available for hosts with properties in the U.S. only. I believe the only Wix App available to hosts outside the U.S. is the Wix Hotels app, but suggest you search within the App Marketplace for something that will fit your needs. In the meantime, we are planning an international expansion in late 2025. Good product with excellent service.
Excellent quality app. Easy to set up with all the core features to customize rates and availability. I had a few technical questions configuring my booking engine and the support team jumped on a Zoom call with me to help get things fixed. Top tier service and a great product.

We're looking to gradually expand to provide services to short term rental hosts with properties outside the U.S. in early 2025. We'll also be looking into a multi-currency expansion in late 2025. Listings are now easy
I can manage guests, listings, calendar, and even cancellations with Futurestay and will never have a double- booked rental property again. I never thought all my listings can be this coordinated among different channels.

Takes care of payment matters
Accounting is not really my expertise. Hospitality and making sure that my guests are enjoying their stay is what I love to do most. The great thing with Futurestay is most of the payment matters like deposits, payments of balances are taken care of in one place within the app. It’s such a big help for someone who doesn’t love looking at numbers very much.

A big help in growing my rental business
I am a very busy man with a lot of passion for life. Manually managing my business with the limited help I had was already very challenging. I had a goal of growing my rental business eventually but the tedious process of managing multiple listings on different channels made sure my time was almost spent on day-to-day affairs. So when I discovered Futurestay, it was just exactly what I needed. In fact, my rental business got bigger after using this.

User friendly and plug and play
I am not a tech savvy person. I stay away from using too much technology as much as possible. But a friend who’s also into short term rentals recommended this to me. Good thing I listened, my worries was replaced by pleasant surprise. Once I started using Futurestay, my existing listings and business rules were immediately transferred from the different channels. I didn’t think it would be this simple.

Solved my double booking problems
Before using Futurestay I had to manually check every channel where my rental properties are posted. Needless to say that I ran into some double booking problems. It was full of hassle as I need to cancel one and it leaves a bad impression to the client. With Futurestay’s calendar feature, all my bookings are up to date on all channels. I no longer have double bookings. It is such a big help.

Exceptional support
I’m new to using this software. One time I had trouble navigating to where the financial reports are and I also have other questions about the calendar, so I immediately contacted them. I talked to someone from the support team, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped explain everything clearly. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Very effective and functional in organizing my properties
The cost of resolving double bookings more than justifies the cost... not to mention the time of manually syncing the various channel calendars. Futurestay does its job plus so much more.

Happy user...
Being on multiple channels without the need to sign in to all to update the listings really save me time and energy. Rates and availability is real time so I never have to worry about double booking which is so so important in taking the business to the next level.

Like having a hired manager
Before using this, I was manually checking my rental listings online. Using the product made many of the things I did manually before automated. I love that it also handles cancellations and refunds which can be quite a hassle.

Seamless and Convenient

Great service experience!
Futurestay helps making my vacation rental business more profitable. They also provide excellent customer support. They help me get my properties connected by their partnered channels. And with that, it's hassle-free on my part like if I want to make changes on the dashboard like the property details it will automatically update on the platforms that I'm connected with.

Gives me all the tools my business needs
We've only been using Futurestay for a few months, I was looking for a booking engine to help me set up direct booking but also property management tool to help me manage four short-term rental properties and so far it's been incredible. I connected my Airbnb listing instantly and got listed to Booking.com, and Vrbo plus Google Vacation Rentals too! Amazing. Best price for multiple services built into one system!
Great product, great team.. super responsive. Didn’t realize pricing includes ‘everything’ you’d normally get by having to work with 2 or 3 different softwares. The platform makes sure I’m advertised on all the major sites too.

Highly recommended, couldn't be more simple.
Been using Futurestay to manage my 4 property business for the past year.. I’m on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and even Google now (which is giving me bookings directly to my website).. it’s literally all built-in and automated in my dashboard.. also runs payments & sends money right to my bank account when I need it.

Yes, each property will how its own description, content, rules, images, etc., which powers the property view on your direct website. You can also attach the availability calendar for each property's details, showing the next 4, 12, 24 months of availability, for guests to browse. Traveler insurance & Damage protection
do you have partners to offer traveler's insurance and damage protection to the booking? We usually charge a refundable damage fee that can be waived if the guest buys damage insurance

Hello, Thank you for your question. We don't yet offer the ability for travelers to purchase insurance. As you mentioned, you can set a security deposit amount for each of your properties, to cover any costs associated to damages. Chalet rental?
Hi, I want to rent a chalet in the Alpes. I only rent per week (from Saturay till Saturday) and the prices are seasonal. Is this possible with this app? Grtz, Dieter

Hello, Thanks for your question. At this time, we do not have the ability to set specific check-in dates (like Saturdays), but you can set custom minimum and maximum stay lengths. can the reservation's money be transferred to a bank account outside US, i.e., Argentina? This might be just what I need, but this is a deal-breaker. Please reply ASAP Thanks!

Hello, What you earn for a reservation is released to you when the guest is no longer entitled to a refund. This is in accordance to whatever you set as a cancellation policy. If you have a U.S. bank account, the funds will be released to you directly. If you have a Payoneer account, your funds will be batched and released to Payoneer. Best, The Futurestay Team
