      Hi. Futurestay went through a reorganization in late 2022 and has since launched a new Futurestay Dashboard (07/2023) and a new Wix app (04/2024). Our new Wix app is currently being offered to Wix users at no cost - no monthly subscription, no commission on direct bookings and no processing fee on channel reservations. You (or your guest) will pay the Stripe credit card processing fee, with no added Futurestay fee.     Quite useless

    They only allow you to sync from one calendar, so when you use AirBNB and VRBO or Booking.com etc, then you cant use this tool as your calendar will be out of sync

      Hi. I’m so sorry to hear you had issues with our previous app as well as our support team. Futurestay went through a reorganization in late 2022 and has since restructured our Account Management/Customer Support team (04/2023), launched a new Futurestay Dashboard (07/2023), and launched a new Wix app (04/2024). Our new Dashboard allows for multiple iCal integrations, among several other improved benefits.     Nice app but options missing

    It was almost all good until I realised a few things: 1_ 10% charge per booking seems a bit harsh... 2_ no option of forcing people to arrive and leave a certain day (saturdays for example) 3_ On the description of rental, capacity doesn't go more than 11pax (a shame when you can accomodate up to 12 people). 4_ Descriptions of bathrooms is max 3 full bathrooms and 2 halves. I have 5 full bathrooms but can't write it down...

      Thank you for your comment! A 5% markup is applied to your listing. If you list at $100 we mark-it-up to $105 and present this to the traveler. Since you last commented, there are many fields within Futurestay that allow you to customize your property, guest occupancy, and bathroom details the way you want.     Is there an option to pay for the service per month?

    Also I would like to know which amount is charged to the client, you say 5% to 10% but it's not clear when it's a low fee or a higher fee? Does this app charge straight in the currency selected? I am in Argentina and clients should be charged in PESO. If the price shows in peso but on the credit card they are being charged in USD my clients will not book since we are charged 35% extra on any transaction in usd. Also, I would like the booking search box to be entirely different, more like airbnb search box, or wix hotels. Is there a way to configure this? the default one is really ugly. Thank you
