    DONT GIVE UP.

    Tried to connect my account but it froze at the confirm account window. after a bunch of attempts i deleted my adsense account and reopened it and than it worked

    Cannot Delete

    Cannot delete the app. I don't need it. Wix apps just slow down page speed and destroy SEO. UPDATE: Decided to add this back to the site and see if still hurts load time. Loading seems ok now, there is an issue connecting existing ads. A workaround is this: Add an ad unit to your site, then create a new ad format. Once that is connected, go to the ad unit's settings in the Wix editor and change the ad unit to the one you want.

As to the issue of connecting an ad unit to the actual ad, we would like to look further into the issue you've described. If you could be so kind as to open a support ticket at www.wix.con/contact and add a screen recording of the issue you're encountering when trying to connect an existing ad to an ad unit.     You should be able to delete the ones that you aren't using anymore.

    Just one little issue I can't resolve which is stopping 5 stars

    I've had Google Adsense HTML code in custom code for ages and fixed 300 x 250 size display ads in my blog. I could never get the responsive ones to work as they show ad frame with moving sliders around it vertically and horizontally and it looks dreadful. I discovered the Wix Google Adsense app, installed and turned off the HTML custom code and I've got some great responsive ads on pages (check your mobile view once you've done your desktop as the ad placement might need a slight adjustment, and you need to connect every ad on every page and publish it to get to get it to work). However, once it's set up it works great. However, when I went to blog to change the ads from fixed to responsive, I just get the same awful frame around them with the sliders. I just can't get responsive display ads to work in the blog so am stuck with fixed size, fine on mobile but limits ad size options on desktop and therefore how many ads can show which lowers ad revenue. Surely there is a way round this?

Unfortunately, currently we can't offer an alternative method for displaying responsive ads on Blog, but we are working on it and will do our best to update you on the progress. Thank you!
