   I'm sorry that you feel disappointed. We are a commercial company and we earn solely from the small fee users pay us for using the app. We have a free version which is small and many features are disabled in it, but if it fits somebody's needs, they may use it unlimitedly. However, in order to use all the app's features, a small monthly fee must be paid as long as the app is needed.

   The Scheduler is based on events, however each event may be a single-time event (one-time show) or a repeating one (e.g. daily or weekly) for classes or courses. I you contact us directly I'll gladly guide you how to use the Schedule App for your needs.

   I wish you contacted us directly because we have answers to your questions. I believe you clicked the "Review" button by mistake. But a couple of lines below it there is a "contact us" form which sends us a direct request or question. Changing the size and font of the event description is done by editing the event design template, and I'll gladly guide you how to do it. Multiple slots feature works for many of our users. Again, please contact us directly and I'll help you use it correctly for your needs.

   Unfortunately you simultaneously posted this review and sent a "contact us" request, and soon afterwards removed the app from your website, so we didn't have a chance to help (we usually answer within 24 hours). Please feel free to contact us again if you wish to give it another chance. Obviously users may add more than one event to the app (up to 10 events in the free version and unlimited in the premium plan) so we will be glad to guide you through adding more events.

   In the Support Tab there are 2 options. One is to click "Review" which links here. The other is to fill in a form and click "Submit" to get support. If you reached here, it means you went to Support Tab and then clicked "Review".

   Thank you for your review, but unfortunately we cannot help you. We aim to support all PayPal-supported currencies, as listed on https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/reference/currency-codes. Unfortunately, it does not seem like PayPal supports your currency. As soon as they add it to the list, we will gladly add it to the app.

Please note that you must publish after the installation, and also every time after you make changes to the app, so that the changes will apply to the live site.    After an investigation we performed here, it seems like your website produced exceptionally intense traffic, which prevented our servers from serving our other users, and eventually it was automatically blocked as it was identified as a DoS attack.    For the record, this review was written 5 minutes (!) after the user wrote a message to us. We eventually answered it within 70 minutes. If this is bad service (during Christmas!) I'm really left without words. We answer each and every message, and in 99% of the cases we do that within 24 hours, mostly much quicker. The complaint of this user was that if he replies to the notification email he gets from the app about a registration, the reply does not go to the customer. Sure it doesn't, because that email did not come from that customer, and also because it contains secret information that the customer should not see. I guided him that he can simply click the clickable email address in the notification email in order to write to the client. I have no idea in what way it is against what we advertise. We advertise that the site owner gets a notification about a registration and that the customer gets a confirmation email about his registration. The app does both automatically.

   To save a new event, you have to click the "Save Event" button. "Save" means that it is saved with the Editor version of the app, i.e. if you close Wix Editor and then come back, it will be there. In order to make the changes live (or see them in the live preview in the Editor), you should use the "Publish" button at the top-right of the Wix Editor. I wish you would wait with the "Terrible" review the 2 hours it took us to get back to you and explain all that.. :-(

   Thank you for your invaluable feedback! But allow me to correct some inaccuracies for other users who will read this in the future: Indeed, there is no membership or marketing options (yet we do not declare we have them...). There are separate marketing apps in Wix, BTW. The app does update Wix Inbox (dashboard). Each registration is reported to Wix Dashboard, and the registrant is also added to your Wix contact list. We reply to each and every question or request, and we do it within 24 hours in 99% of the cases. If you contacted us, please look for our answer in your SPAM directory, it might have put there by mistake by your email client. The mobile view is indeed different than the desktop view, but it is not true that it only shows one event at a time. It is just vertical (List View). Thanks for your inputs! We constantly improve.

   Thanks a lot for your feedback! I understand that you are disappointed for not getting a refund, but Wix 3rd party apps do not have a refund policy, except for extremely exceptional cases where something we promised was not met by the app, and matters that couldn't be discovered in the free version before upgrading. We do listen to feedback from our users. Actually, all the improvements and new features that we ever added since the app was first presented many years ago, are a direct result of inputs given to us by users. However, we have to prioritize the development and we naturally give higher priority to requests that were requested more frequently. We cannot really leave everything and immediately start developing every feature that a user requested. I hope that this is understandable. Therefore, if a certain request has a lower priority, we do answer the user honestly and let him know that it will take time until we reach what he asked for. I'm sorry it made you feel this way.

Publishing changes you made to the scheduler (events or settings) is simply done by publishing the website, like it should be in all Wix apps.    Thank you for your feedback. In order to make changes you made to the scheduler live, please publish - use the "Publish" button at the top-right of the Wix Editor. If you do not manage to login your backoffice, you may always change its password in the "Settings" Tab. Easy as it is.

   Thank you for your sincere feedback. Simpl-e-Schedule is defined as a page-app in Wix, and therefore when you installed it, it added a new page in your site that is identified with the app. Removing the app and removing the page are the same. This is a Wix constraint. I'm sorry if you did not know it. We have thousands of users that think that our app is useful. I really wish you gave us more details about your case and why you found our app to be useless - this would help us improve it and perhaps broaden the use cases of the app. Thank you!

   Thank you very much for your honest feedback! We currently only support payments through PayPal. This means that you (site owner) must have a PayPal account (5 minutes to create one) but your customers may pay with a credit card if they do not have one. In the future we plan to add more means of payments. Thanks!

   Thanks for your review. Our app was designed for mobile and tested on many mobile devices by us and by Wix. I wish you contacted us to examine the specific problem you are complaining about. Mostly we help our customers solve such complaints by correcting a problem in the site layout with Wix editor. Regarding the means of payment - Using PayPal does not limit your customers. It only requires that you - the owner - have a PayPal account. Almost always PayPal suggests your visitors to pay with their credit card. However, if PayPal detects that you have a PayPal account (by cookies) they most probably do not give you this option. Please try to use the app as a customer from a different device or browser, or after cleaning cookies from PayPal, and you will most probably realize that PayPal lets you pay with a credit card. Thanks.

   It seems like you experienced some failure in communication. Anyway, as all "page-apps" (contrary to widgets) in Wix, deleting the app is done by deleting the page it added when you installed it. This is a constraint by Wix. See more http://wix.shareiiit.com/schedule/doc/FAQ#delete.
