    Paid to upgrade and now the App settings will not load

    I was using the free version of this app, and said what the heck, only $30.00 a year, I'll upgrade to the paid version. Went to edit the Content and now the Apps Setting won't open

    how to make the news flash disappear after a while?

      Thank you for your review. On the premium plan, you may set an expiration time for each feed item so that after this time it will disappear from the app's view.

    Data cannot be downloaded

    I discontinued using it couple of years ago but I still paid the annual fees as the historical data cannot be downloaded. Now I deleted it.

    I am disappointed that I am paying an annual fee for this service, yet still have see the advertisers branding. I figure if I pay for this, why does this still showing.

    hey I just paid for the premium, but can't increase the number of news in website, you either refund my money or make it work

      Hi. I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied. However, we cannot give support through an anonymous review. Please contact us through the "contact us" form in the app-settings and we'll be more than glad to look into the case. In general, after upgrading to the premium plan it is advised by Wix to refresh the Wix Editor in order to benefit the premium-only features.
