About this App
Create a timetable and a scheduler and let your clients register to your events online. Set one-time or recurrent events. For recurrent events, choose whether registration is lesson-based or to the whole series at once. Get a notification email for each booking and track registration after submission. Allow clients to pay for events directly to your PayPal account. Your clients will get a confirmation email, optionally with iCal attachment to automatically add the event to their personal calendar.

I'm sorry that you feel disappointed. We are a commercial company and we earn solely from the small fee users pay us for using the app. We have a free version which is small and many features are disabled in it, but if it fits somebody's needs, they may use it unlimitedly. However, in order to use all the app's features, a small monthly fee must be paid as long as the app is needed.

Simple but surprisingly powerful
I really like the simplicity, whilst still being able to delve deeper if needed. It sends emails automatically to your customers to confirm their registration and within that email is a cancel button and an add to calendar button for Gmail & outlook calendars etc. You have access to the back office to see who has registered or cancelled and you can easily export that to excel if needed. This app does not send email or text reminders to your customers but you can always cut and paste the list of email addresses from excel straight into your Gmail and send them an email if you needed to, I wouldn't recommend doing this every time, but if you wanted to send out a one off cancellation of the event then this would be a good way to do it. Excellent app with a small fee. If you want auto text and all the bells and whistles you will have to pay much more.

Just the right fit
I have been using this ap for years for my pottery studio. Yes, it takes a little time to figure out how to make it work, but for the price - I really get my money's worth. I like the back office the best to track my students. I am old school, so I download the data for my instructors - or just send them a picture of the updated roster. I can get to the back office through a link on the booking email. I have about 50 events/classes over a 6 month's period - so it works for me. They always respond to my questions - very polite.

Absolutely horrible
It should be simple, but it simply is not. Creating new classes and events is a headache using this interface.

Any direct way to access the backoffice tool? I either need to go into Wix Editor or go thru the link that was sent to me in an email when someone books the class or the event.

Hi. Thanks for your review. I wish you contacted us directly as it's much easier and faster to get our reply using the "contact us" form rather than sending a review. There *is* a direct way to access the back office. Open the app-settings | Settings Tab | Backoffice Settings, then set a password. After that, you can use the small blue link to obtain a direct web address to your back office (which will require the password).

Only shows events
Description says that it will display classes, but it will only show events from your website - not classes or courses

The Scheduler is based on events, however each event may be a single-time event (one-time show) or a repeating one (e.g. daily or weekly) for classes or courses. I you contact us directly I'll gladly guide you how to use the Schedule App for your needs.

I wish you contacted us directly because we have answers to your questions. I believe you clicked the "Review" button by mistake. But a couple of lines below it there is a "contact us" form which sends us a direct request or question. Changing the size and font of the event description is done by editing the event design template, and I'll gladly guide you how to do it. Multiple slots feature works for many of our users. Again, please contact us directly and I'll help you use it correctly for your needs.

Meh. It's ok, won't be using it.
For a product like this to work really well, it must have much more formatting and design options than this app is currently offering. Maybe if you have a super simple schedule and you're looking to offer people to schedule a time with you on an ad hoc basis, but any regular classes or meetings it doesn't work well. Aesthetically the app isn't attractive. I tried removing the borders and I couldn't figure that out. When I was trying to figure out the app to offer my user-customers an easy way to view and pay for my classes, the support team did reply usually within 24-48 hours, but in the end we came to a dead end because as an admin you can't set up some basic classes here. For instance, if you have a class on Tues & Thurs, there is no way that you can show a user-customer that they have to prepay for this Tues & Thurs. This app isn't good with classes that aren't "daily" and in succession. Well, many classes are T&Th or W&W. Most classes are not "daily" and in a succession.

Good potential but needs work....
There are a few glitches in this App. Glitches such as not displaying all available events in the calendar, even when using the scrolling arrows. Also when managing events, the app does not follow what you're instructing it to do when editing or removing events. It also needs to be more clearer and efficient when showing multiple events, times and prices.

CAN NOT DELETE THIS MF OFF MY SITE/ LOOK BELOW TO REMOVE APP
I have read the other reviews. The problem may have started with Wix, but unfortunately, this app is what looks bad (not WIX), because after one complaint... the App owner should have contacted WIX or removed it all together. I have installed many Apps and can delete them all, once I'm done with them. This is only the App that has a mind of its own. EDIT: I finally was able to remove the APP gone rogue, by myself. Go to MANAGE APPS (should be on the bottom left side of your PC). Go to the SCHEDULE APP and click the "Delete" button. Hope it works for you.

My text is NOT showing up in the mobile preview.

Can't remove it after adding.
I added this to our site to I could list my published events. However, it doesn't recognize my events. I think it wants you to add Events through this app, which I don't want to do. Now I can't get rid of the control (Delete is grayed out), and I can't even delete the page this thing is on.

Schedule is a "page-app" in Wix. When you install it, a new page is automatically added to your website and is fully identified with the app. Therefore, deleting the app is done by deleting the page from your website. Unable to delete the app

needs back office link
you need to be able to have a link that doesn't require a password (cant find where to change that) that we can access on our mobile devices vs having to log inti WIX every time to access our scheduled clients.

Didn't work for me. No matter how many times I would save everything, it wouldn't stay. I would go back and set everything, and it would go back and forth, change colors, text settings. I had just upgraded, too. Wasted $40.

Try it! Works perfectly
This app is great, it deserves much more than 3 stars. I have been using it for a while, it is well structured and user friendly. It does a great job, better than the other calendar apps I have tried and for a much cheaper price or even free. On top of that the team is responsive and really helpful if you have questions. USER friendly, BUT...
I am an instructor, and I used this app to schedule classes. I like the app because it is user friendly, however, it needs more selection on the frequency of classes. I do classes every other day, the only selection that this app that fits my need is "weekly". Having said this, I have to create another event in order for me to schedule a class. It would have been helpful and time consuming if I don't have to create another event every time I want to do a class on every other day format. I can just update it. I like to fill my calendar on a monthly basis. Another thing that need to be improve is that, some of my classes are 3 days long. I can't find that selection either. Maybe I am just looking at the wrong place. If I do find it, then I will definitely change this review.

I was looking for a basic weekly calendar without any of the registration options. This is probably a great app for some people, but did not fit my purposes for customization.

Defective in many ways
This app was extremely glitchy for me, from the poor settings scrolling, to refusal to save my email and making me miss an appointment, because it didn't send me any notification... I deleted it prontissimo and switch to the Wix built-in app!
