    A Problematic Application In Every Sense

    Subtitles do not work on mobile devices and they remove adult content and do not even give refunds. This is ridiculous, I paid for something I couldn't use and I became a victim. There is no documentation regarding the usage policy, they are responsible for informing users what is allowed and what is prohibited. Also, the customization options are very limited, so no matter how you try to handle it, this app is complete garbage...

    Unable to Cancel

    Does not allow me to cancel whenever needed, i have tried atleast 3 to 4 times contacting support as well.

      We have no support requests to cancel. Have you contacted us at support@iplayerhd.com? Or are you contacting Wix support? In any case, like all apps in the Wix app market, you cancel in your Wix administrative dashboard where you manage all of your payments and subscriptions. Please try that.

    Is the amount of video playback unlimited in premium? I noticed that the free plan is very limited. What is the limit for uploading videos in premium?

    Excellent customer service for legitimate technical issues!

    My IPlayerHD hosting service was compressing my video file too much and alot of the visual effects that I created were being wrecked by the native video compression settings. Fortunately, after emailing them, the next day they were able to resolve it perfectly. I am a digital media designer and video quality of my portfolio work is essential to finding work. Thank you to the staff!!!!!!

    Awesome!

    Had this for 2 years. Clean, clear & simple to use. Love that I am able to customize the design to fit my taste. I love the playlist idea, especially for my videos that I needed to break up into smaller videos (for viewer attention span). Customer service spot on! When I contacted them, the owner eased my hesitation and I've been soaring with it sense! However, I am sorry that I cannot use this with Wix Content Manager because it won't work with its dynamic page setup; and dynamic page is the best way for me to go with my website. If it ever does, it will be my go-to app once again! Love It! Believe me, I am looking for a work-around to keep it and use with Content Manager on my end. Or if you can figure out how to do it and partner with Wix, I will be a happy camper!!!

    Removing All Adult Content

    Used this company for 2 years. Just came back because of O.F. Now all of a sudden they are removing adult content from their platform. Then what's the point of using it. Why not just upload to Youtube and monetize it. Who sells videos that are not adult content? Really really dissapointed and frustrated.

      Thank you for your review. Yes, you can. Wix has a membership option. It will allow you to sell access to your videos (as a Libraryand not individually). Use the Wix membership app to allow your site visitors to create secure login credentials and pay for access to your content on the other side of the login. On the pages on the other side of the login, add the iplayerhd app for each video you want to sell.     i subscribed for the monthly plan as a test i saw that you gave me only ( 100 GB ) storage i have a big project and i need a lot of Storage Nearly ( 500 GB ) - can you do that for me ? if you can do that for me i will definitely buy the annual plan because your app is amazing.

    Great feature

    Really great and easy to use. I only wish there were a few different dynamic display options and ways to add separate playlists. I upload workout videos for customers on catch up and as the library get larger it would be useful to split it down into different categories instead of one scroll along. Great quality videos too.

      Hi...thanks for the review and your comment. Are you referring to the curser when you move your mouse? It's an interesting question so i went to YouTube and the cursor in full screen replicated the iplayerhd full screen behavior. The mouse cursor is controlled by your machine and not by the player. Perhaps you are referring to something else? Would you email us at support@iplayerhd.com so we can explore this further?

    Can I set unique passwords to different users for the same video?

    I'm looking to upload multiple videos and would like these to have private access via a password. Is it possible for each video to have a unique password for each different user (so the same video can be accessed by multiple different passwords), or is each video limited to just one password for all please?

      Hi....thank you for using the iplayerhd app on wix. You can only set one password per video so you would need to upload the video multiple times. There is another option and that is using wix membership sites feature...i cannot say for sure but there may be something there. You should check it out.     The absolute BEST video player in the marketplace, with the BEST customer service available

    This company is top tier when it comes to giving you exactly what you need. At a very cheap price, your videos will look crisp and more professional than what you're paying for. Video player is great, with all the features you would ever want. Ran into a couple of issues here and there, but the customer service is 24/7 and takes care of the issues flawlessly. I'm truly impressed, and I'm a thankful, loyal customer. UPDATE 1/26/21: Customer Service swooping in for another heroic rescue. I truly cannot praise this company enough, as they helped me get more bandwidth instantly. This company will work with you on any issue you may come across, IF you come across anything as they have truly perfected the product over the years, and I've been using them for as long as I have had my site up. iPlayerHD is A+ quality with their sleek video player look and features, and it's super rare to have that while also having some of the best customer service around.     Monthly $9.9 just get 100GB video storage only. Not recommended to use this. If reach 100GB max limited and add more 100GB need to add more again $150 (Base on customer service reply) And the customer support is impolite!

That will take you to your video Library where you will find all of your videos and do things like add/remove to playlists, deletes and more.       Hi...iplayerhd premium members enjoy 1 TB of storage which means it is virtually unlimited. We have pruposely provided more storage than users would need and since 2013, no users have exceeded that amount. So i am confident you will be fine. And if you did need more, we can easily add it.     Is there a sign-in/guestbook feature?

    Question: I want viewers to be able to sign in before watching a video, in order for me to track/review who is watching my videos. Is this possible? Also, does your analytics report provide viewing length (i.e., how long a video is viewed by particular viewers)?

      Hi...thanks for giving iplayerhd a look. Very much appreciated. We don't have a sign in feature though it's asn intriguing idea. A sign in might imply the user has a username and password before they can view your videos. If that's what you want, Wix has a membership feature and you could put our app (and your videos) on the other side of the login. If that's not what you want, iplayerhd has an email capture feature. Your site visitor would need to provide an email address (you can make it optional...that is, they can choose to skip) before they watch the video. However, there is no verfication (go to your email and verify you are who you are) so there's no gurantee the provided address is real. But, it is an effective tool to capture site visitors and further communicate with them. Our analytics provides data all the way down to ip addrsses and location as well as the average % completed.
