    Really Didn't use it but couldn't figure out how to unsubscribe

    I was planning on using this for a map, and ended up forgetting about it and paying the small fee every month. I tried cancelling subscription, but couldn't find it. Seemed like a cool mapping feature though limited.

    I paid for a year. As soon as I did the app stopped working. I asked for support but I didn't get any response. Wix can't take care of it. I would like a refund, especially since I just discovered that they are based in Israel .

    What has happened to this great app?

    This was such a great app, and so useful but when I came to update my website I found the map has stopped working and nothing seems to work to get it to display again but my payments are up to date, tried reinstalling, page refresh and all the other things it says to do. As other people seem to be having similar issues can someone fix the bug or update the 'what to do advice' to get the page to reload please?

    No map and no help

    Simple Maps was fine until it stopped working and their website went offline. Wrote them for info, but no answer. Wrote Wix for info, but no answer. It's time to start shopping for a new host.

    Taking money when it is not working with no customer updates

    The map is not working and I only found out by looking myself, have not been updated with any issues. Is everybody having this. I pay for the premium so not happy that money has been sent this month and I have not been alerted to it not working. Is this a bug? Is a fix being worked on? Shame as its been working great for me until now but lack of transparency is worrying. Update now contacted for a second time and now resduced to one star as still taking my money.

    Map is not working - again.. Nobody answers

    Our website is built around the map function in our emergency readiness platform. The map is down, and nobody is answering our messages at Simple Maps - again.. :(

    The App is working again.

    The app is back up and working again. Great app. especially the ability to customise icons. One great thing to add would be the ability to download all of our data. just in case it crashes for good...

    Great App, Fantastic Customer Support

    This was the only map app I could find that didn't require a specific mailing address and allowed me to just drop a pin where I wanted the location to be. That feature sets it apart and is so helpful!! The app overall is simple and easy to use. I had some questions and reached out to customer support. They were quick to answer and solved my issue with ease. I'm very thankful to them for the great customer service!!

      Hi! We have a few different layers that you can choose from. Have you seen those? In regards to adding a custom layer, that's not possible, however I really recommend to take a look at the available ones! Thank you!

    bought the app

    keep having problems with it. when I add a new map it says 'simple map undefined' and I cant add marks, it just freezes. I keep refreshing the page until it loads properly which sometimes takes days. Any other solution to this? Am I doing something worng?Thanks.

      Hi! Very sorry for the issue. We are currently looking into it. You can double-click that window that's loading and you can edit your map. That main window is for map position. We'll do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible! Thank you

    pague la aplicación e intentando colocar los puntos de la ubicación se me lleno de puntos ( aún no entiendo como se hace), lo borre y sé que siguen cobrando. Lo descargue nuevamente y me aparece que debo pagar nuevamente.

    Expected More Detail

    I dont like that the map isnt detailed. It doesn't show a drawing of our building. It's just a space. I wish they would update their maps. If the map would be updated at our location, I would change my mind about this app.

    Working Great for Me

    This app is working great for what I need it to do. It is a little clunky, but I like that I can add multiple pins. I have also been very happy with the customer service.

    Free/Premium Feature Breakdown Incorrect

    It's easy-ish to use, you configure it all thru some dialogs, but unless you're planning to use the Premium features, the Free version is worse than the standard Wix-provided map. Most of the features listed in the "Features & Pricing" for the Free version are no longer available without buying Premium. The features that are left are a slightly dated looking version of the standard Wix app now.

    why is not your app powered by Google maps anymore??? That affected the Arabic language in a bad way!! Please solve this problem as soon as possible to be able to continue using your nice app.

    CHARGED FOR APP & ONLY GIVEN FREE VERSION

    I downloaded this app and paid for the premium version and was only given the free version. I need to download multiple locations and the customer support has not responded AT ALL. Don't waste your money.

    Basically useless now that it's on Openmaps

    Used to be good - you could add a pin by searching for the address on Google. Now they've switched to Openmaps, and you have to zoom in and place the pin manually... it's basically useless now.

      Hello! Very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, Google Maps has increased the prices almost by a factor of 11 times... It was not longer affordable to offer Google Maps even with a much higher price. Can you send us an email to simple-maps@digital1.online? Hopefully we can find a solution, indeed there are differences with the maps, but we think Open Street Maps is a very good alternative. Thank you for understanding!

    Totally useless. The mobile version is unusable (some parts cover and hide other parts, making them inaccessible) and even on the desktop version, some of the buttons are covered by other elements so those features are unusable, no matter which browser is used. When I contacted support about the mobile issue, I got a short email three days later saying they were sorry but there was no solution - without the slightest indication that they were interested in doing anything about it. I'm going to switch to a different app.

    DO NOT BUY! STOPPED WORKING.

    This app stopped working on three of my websites on mobile nearly two weeks ago. Today it totally stopped working. Digital1 Online says it's due to WIX editor update. Still have not fixed it. WIX needs to take this app off their market.

    Unable to Add Photos

    I was told to use a third-party photo web hosting service. I tried using three different services and it's still not working. It's very disappointing because this is one of the reasons why I purchased this app. Radius and a few other things are also missing, and yes I upgraded to the full version.

    Es cómoda y fácil de usar Pero un GRAN "PERO" es que la Barra de Busqueda (SEARCH BAR) puede mejorarse bastante para que sea más intuitiva, esto es importante para los usuarios del mapa ! También ocurre que el mapa a veces no muestra el país que se desea y se coloca en otro país, otra cosa poco intuitiva para los usuarios que visitan la web y ven el mapa POR FAVOR MEJOREN ESTA FUNCION.     Crumbling application that should be removed

    Fortunately I only paid for one month. I do not know how long this application is no longer updated but nothing works: no mass import, no icons, no custom info bubbles, nothing ... It's a shame that Wix doesn't check if the applications of its store are maintained or not

    Can't customize design

    This is a great map if you don't mind that you can't customize the colors of the map itself. Otherwise frustrating because it has everything else, but looks ugly.

    Easy to work with...

    When you want to upload a large file of addresses, you can't do this yourself. The helpdesk reacts quickly though and helps out.

    Very frustrating map!

    You cannot add photos to your pins because it asks for a URL for the image, and with WIX, you don't have image url's. When I duplicated my site, to make changes, the map completely disappeared. It had 30 pins on it that need to be recreated. But wait, I can't recreate it and add more than one pin unless I Upgrade, which I DID LAST YEAR! But it doesn't know that for some reason. Good luck getting technical support, I went round and round with them last year about so many issue I can't even begin to recount all of them. STAY AWAY!

    Horrible Customer Service Do NOT waste your money on this app

    Three emails and a previous negative review, and not one word in response from this developer. Thank goodness I only wasted $2.99 instead of a yearly subscription.
