Taking money when it is not working with no customer updates
The map is not working and I only found out by looking myself, have not been updated with any issues. Is everybody having this. I pay for the premium so not happy that money has been sent this month and I have not been alerted to it not working. Is this a bug? Is a fix being worked on? Shame as its been working great for me until now but lack of transparency is worrying. Update now contacted for a second time and now resduced to one star as still taking my money.

Our website is built around the map function in our emergency readiness platform. The map is down, and nobody is answering our messages at Simple Maps - again.. :(

Icon movement
Buy the premium version, and when you zoom or move the map the icon moves from place to place and does not stay in the specified address

pague la aplicación e intentando colocar los puntos de la ubicación se me lleno de puntos ( aún no entiendo como se hace), lo borre y sé que siguen cobrando. Lo descargue nuevamente y me aparece que debo pagar nuevamente.

CHARGED FOR APP & ONLY GIVEN FREE VERSION
I downloaded this app and paid for the premium version and was only given the free version. I need to download multiple locations and the customer support has not responded AT ALL. Don't waste your money.

Basically useless now that it's on Openmaps
Used to be good - you could add a pin by searching for the address on Google. Now they've switched to Openmaps, and you have to zoom in and place the pin manually... it's basically useless now.

Hello! Very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, Google Maps has increased the prices almost by a factor of 11 times... It was not longer affordable to offer Google Maps even with a much higher price. Can you send us an email to simple-maps@digital1.online? Hopefully we can find a solution, indeed there are differences with the maps, but we think Open Street Maps is a very good alternative. Thank you for understanding!

Totally useless. The mobile version is unusable (some parts cover and hide other parts, making them inaccessible) and even on the desktop version, some of the buttons are covered by other elements so those features are unusable, no matter which browser is used. When I contacted support about the mobile issue, I got a short email three days later saying they were sorry but there was no solution - without the slightest indication that they were interested in doing anything about it. I'm going to switch to a different app.

DO NOT BUY! STOPPED WORKING.
This app stopped working on three of my websites on mobile nearly two weeks ago. Today it totally stopped working. Digital1 Online says it's due to WIX editor update. Still have not fixed it. WIX needs to take this app off their market.

Unable to Add Photos
I was told to use a third-party photo web hosting service. I tried using three different services and it's still not working. It's very disappointing because this is one of the reasons why I purchased this app. Radius and a few other things are also missing, and yes I upgraded to the full version.

Crumbling application that should be removed
Fortunately I only paid for one month. I do not know how long this application is no longer updated but nothing works: no mass import, no icons, no custom info bubbles, nothing ... It's a shame that Wix doesn't check if the applications of its store are maintained or not

Very frustrating map!
You cannot add photos to your pins because it asks for a URL for the image, and with WIX, you don't have image url's. When I duplicated my site, to make changes, the map completely disappeared. It had 30 pins on it that need to be recreated. But wait, I can't recreate it and add more than one pin unless I Upgrade, which I DID LAST YEAR! But it doesn't know that for some reason. Good luck getting technical support, I went round and round with them last year about so many issue I can't even begin to recount all of them. STAY AWAY!

Horrible Customer Service Do NOT waste your money on this app
Three emails and a previous negative review, and not one word in response from this developer. Thank goodness I only wasted $2.99 instead of a yearly subscription.

The fee for directions is ridiculous
$2.99 per month to allow directions to show up for people is a bit ridiculous. I'd pay a one-time fee, but not a monthly fee to use a feature that should be built in

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Of course, I can see your point of view, however we cater to really different types of users and wix allows a single premium account type and the minimum price for an app is 2.99$. We have for instance users who have thousands of locations, or users who need an export from of an external source. So what I am saying is that there is no way for us to charge those users more. We are 3rd party to Wix and must maintain server/support/development costs. We pride ourselves that we support over 120k free users - a lot of them inexperienced computer users - who are using our app and we think that the ease of accomplishing this functionality is what brings value to our app. Thank you again!
