    Bought thru Marketing Pro

    It is confusing to add the widget to my website then asked to pay. I bought through MarketingPro add to my website, but it was not clear after reviewing the instructions within MarketingPro to add the widget as an upgrade is needed. I am removing from my website so my customers are not confused either.

    The description says that your customers will be able to make bookings 24/07

    When purchasing this app, but the truth is that you have to pay another subscription to have the bookings. THE DESCRIPTION IS COMPLETELE FALSE AND MISLEADS YOU TO BELIEVE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT RIGHT. This app is JUST to have a widget in your site. You are paying for nothing, and you'll have to pay extra to get the services of vcita

    Grew up my business and shorten work time with this plugin.

    Before I had a simple contact form (perhaps it was 7contact, not sure) that went directly to my email. This made the contacting back and process long and sometimes I forgot to reply. But now, I receive notifications directly on my phone and I'm able to convert more visitors to my clients, because I remember!

    Good set of plugins offered by vCita!

    Active Contact Form and Online Payment Button are two plugins that I use from the same provider. They sync good with each other and both get the job done on their function. Contact Form has a good thing that you can pull client information directly from social medias which reduces the contacting process.

    Personal experience review.

    Talking from my own experience. When I visit an online shop or online service website, when I see that they don't have a dedicated contact form I usually leave the website instantly. This is why I like this plugin, it makes my clients feel appreciated and welcomed.

    Good conversion rate

    The good thing about this contact form compared to other ones that are very simple and not that attractive visually is that this plugin does a good job in client conversion. I follow when a new client or visitor check my website and I can see that with this Contact Form, they tend to contact me more often because it shows dedication, not just a random name and email form.

    Necessary for online agencies!

    I found this plugin by accident. It is much advanced than a normal contact form and it does a good job in converting visitors into clients. With a normal contact form, usually visitors lose interest so this one fits very good with my agency. Close to 70% of the people that contacted me through this form are now my clients. Recommended plugin!

    The keyword is active

    This really is an active contact form. Unlike standard contact forms where the user leave their info and a message, this active form is far more interactive. You're able to collect user information and a message, have the user book a time to chat, and even complete a payment, all in the contact form. The form can be changed design wise/information field to your liking, which makes lead capture easy even if they don't commit to a booking/payment. All in all, a big thumbs up.

    не нашел, как удалить "выпадающую форму" после того, как добавил ее в "карточку клиента". Нет возможности в "карточке клиента" добавить "загрузку фото" для клиента

    Horrible Customer Service

    I still use it and will do so because it meets my goals of production. Customer service for something basic, that takes two seconds to answer, takes 7 days or more for a response. I'm only using because I don't have time to integrate another similar product into the site. I love Wix, but hate Vcita! I bet you won't ask for another review from me, huh? How about "NO STARS"

At this time our accounts are only in a single language at a time - but you can customize your LiveSite and Widget anyway you'd like.     there's no option to control the customer experiance without upgrading

    I couldn't find a way to change the e-mail contact form fields or even just cancel the option to send an automatic answer after filling up the email form.

    Good App with a few glitches

    First of all, I really like most things about it. I'm actually testing out the version on the vCita.com site vs the one available on Wix, but here goes. vCita is life changing for someone like me with a coaching business. I went with the one offered by vCita because I was told that quite a few things were different, but I'm not convinced that the differences are worth an extra $7 a month. I'll know by the time my trial ends. I do appreciate the 14-day trial and I am putting it through it's paces. I don't like it that after paying $24 a month, that I would then have to pay Stripe or Paypal another 2.99% + 30 cents a transaction when I already have merchant account and a payment gateway through Authorize.net. That's a bummer because my services are not cheap, and i don't like the idea of paying an additional $26.46 on an $875 sale. I am having challenges with the service types and not being able to add a service type. I offer my clients the ability to do their coaching calls on Skype or Facetime but when I select OTHER online, the system insists on having a url and because there isn't one, I am forced to choose Skype when my client has already elected to do facetime. Inevitably there is an additional phone call. I don't know why you aren't allowed to add another Service Type. The technical support people are pretty cool, but quite often I cannot get anyone on the phone, and I rarely get call backs even though they tell you to leave a message. It's Thursday at 6:06PM (4:06PM PST) right now and I left a message an hour and 10 minutes ago and no one called me back. So, there you have it. I'm in, but I'm kind of out on the vCita version. I'm going to hopefully speak with someone tomorrow about the difference and make a decision. If it's only the financial part, my plan is to continue to use Freshbooks which I've been using. We'll see. Overall, I think it's great.

    This app can do so much more than what I need at the moment, but, just what I need (People connecting with me via my website with a simple message), it provides so much better than anything else - a lot of thought and work must have gone in to this.

    2 Stars for Potential

    I see great potential but when I change text from the default, it won't save. If there are basic problems like this from the start, I can't imagine how many more are lurking...fix this and I will continue further.

    One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I've Ever Had

    I looked into this app for the scheduling feature and after being contacted by a representative I was offered a free trial of the premium account. After realizing that it was not what I needed I decided that I was not going to use the service. I went to cancel my trial on the day it ended and to my surprise I had already been charged for an ENTIRE YEAR!! I immediately canceled the service and contacted the representative. I was told that they would not refund my money and there was nothing they could do about it. I contacted the CEO and have yet to hear back from him. The only recourse I have left apparently is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I is without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with a company. Save your money and refuse any free trials, just use the free version.
