    App stopped Working.

    I paid for a year's subscription, but the app disappeared from my website after a month of service. I contacted customer support via email and no one responded.

    Can’t say enough good things about them. I was in a pinch after another company flaked on me two days in a row and had to have the brush pile gone the next day. They were responsive, professional, and showed up early the next morning to get the brush pile cleaned up even though I called them late in the afternoon. Not to mention they left the lawn spotless.

      Hi, The app is made to inherent the style of your website and then you adjust it in the settings to customize it further. The functionality of the app is: end users enter reviews and you either approve the reviews or you don't. Setup is important if you don't enter the correct information such as your email address into the app you will not get the notifications to approve a review. The date is not supposed to appear. Showing the date is an optional paid feature. Some people it's a bad feature because they don't get many reviews so all reviews look out of date. Some people the date is highly relevant.

    All reviews are gone!

    Hi, I have over 100 reviews, but now they are all gone! This is serious, because I build my entire business on these reviews. I ran a campaign this weekend, and now I find that they are all gone. I have had a little over 100 reviews from customers, and it is important that this is visible on my site. What has happened? Thank you for your feedback as soon as possible. Regards Michael

      Hi Michael, To delete a review you have to go into the app settings deny the review and then you can delete it. Unless you did that they are all still there. I responded to your support request. James

    Looks 'meh' and Cant unsub still charges me!

    - Does the job, barebones. - Looks not great though. - i unsubbed, only to realise months later im getting charged still. Contacting wix support now. Really low quality app/poor design/unprofessional

      The apps appearance generally matches the colors and layout of your website. If that is not happening you can alter the colors, text and wording so it matches.

    all my reviews disappeared... on with Wix Support now

    So, after adding this app and reformatting my page, the app went down and ALL my reviews disappeared. I had to wade through the stupid Wix AI to get to try to restore them. And of course... one rep had to forward me to a rep in another department and they needed me to explain everything again. Good lord.

    Unsubscribe?

    The app worked but looked like something at the dawn of the internet. I also noticed that there is nowhere to unsubscribe and when I click on support from the Wix app area for this app it goes to a blank page. I am going to delete the app from my website and hope that unsubscribes so I do not have future payments to it.

      To stop the subscription you can do that in the app manager and to remove the app just click it and click delete.

    I have been using this app for several years now. Love it! Simple and easy to use. A great addition to my website. To automatically request clients to leave a review, you can create an automation through Wix and include the link from Customer Reviews.

    Stopped working

    Missing features

    There seems to be no way to set the app to automatically email customers and request a review after they make a purchase. This is a very important feature that is needed to get more reviews.

      You need to do this in your shopping cart, support system and marketing system. Add the review link to your thank you/receipt email that is automatically sent during purchase, your survey email sent after delivery, after a support request are all good.

    Love this app

    I've had this app on my website for years and years and its always worked exactly how it is supposed to work, I get notified when someone writes a review and I have to approve it before it is published to my website. I've never had any issues with it. I just created a new website, to refresh, and emailed their customer service to transfer my reviews over from the old site and cause I was using the same email they did it within minutes. Let me add that their response to my initial email was super fast too. The most excellent customer service! Thank you James, for an excellent experience with this product.

    UPGRADED MY WEBSITE

    I AM NOT A TECH LADY YET IT WAS EASY TO USE THE APP AND ADD THE REVIEW SECTION TO MY WEBSITE. THERE COULD BE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT, SPECIALLY THE TEXT BOX EXPLAINING THE COFFE THING BY YOU JAMES. MAYBE GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO WRITE OUR OWN EXPLANATION OR WELCOME NOTE INSTEAD? BUT BESIDE THIS I AM SO HAPPY OF MY REVIEW APP AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEND IT TO MY CLIENTS. THANKS JAMES.

    It Sucks!!!! Big Time!!!!

    it just pops up on the page your on with absoltely no way to put it anywhere or ad it to a speciefic page! Just is a little box bothering you with no way to edit or attach anywhere. Piece of CRAP! ZERO STARS

    LOVE!

    I worked with this Reviews App and had a new website to transfer all of my old reviews to. They were super fast in responding and SO kind. They had it done in a matter of a few hours. For what you pay for this app, it's extremely worth having!

    Reviews are not displayed on the app AND NO HELP given!

    I have been using the app for a while, when I decided to add another review section on my page, the app got buggy and does not let me display my Reviews! Only shows "Example viewer" and this is undermining my image!

    I hate this app and when you want to delete it it stays. And I read a lot of reviews for this app and they say that if you buy the app and it does not work they will not give you a refund! And one guy said they took $231 without asking him!

      Not at all true. The app is free for the basic version and only $2.99 a month for the upgrades. The app is for small businesses that have a single service, such as plumbing, hair salon, or landscaping. The other review systems are for shopping carts that have many products.

    No frills, and just ok

    Nice and simple way to add preformatted reviews to the website, but that's it. No way to add photos, or video. No way to link sites for seo. I could just as well type the reviews in myself and add a form for customers to add their own. No reason to pay extra money for such a supremely basic service.

      You could do those things and you should if you have nothing better to do. Our clients are focused on actually serving their clients and making money rather than complicating their lives with stuff they don't really care about just so they can save $2.99.

    Problems With Editing Review Form

    Can you please tell me how to change the text on the review form; specifically the "Tip" section.

      The directions are in the app manager. The Tip is also the absolute best way for your reviews to be ranked well on Google. Don't change it unless you know better.

    SUPPORT TOTALLY SUCKS!

    Support TOTALLY SUCKS! I had an issue that I wrote to them about and they didn't even bother to check out what I told them. The reviews suddenly stopped showing the star ratings. The reviews were still visible but the yellow stars for each review had disappeared. I've been using the FREE version all along -- They just said I "probably needed to renew my subscription." Total losers and dumbasses!

      The stars are a premium feature not a free feature. A cup of coffee cost $3.65 at Starbucks in my neighborhood. Can you at least spend $2.99 a month?

    HATE THIS AP

    Do not use this website builder! Once they get your bank account, they make you beg for a refund, which I did not get. Charged me $231 without asking me. Then they hide how to get a refund deep in their website. RUN FROM THIS! THEY ARE NOT CREDIBLE!

      Our app is free unless you enable the stars and reply to feature. The app is kept simple specifically to make it useful for service companies that have pretty much just one service they provide.

    Super outdated. The tutorials are from around 4-5 years ago... For the only review app, offered for free, I will continue using it. The ratings do not even display how many stars they rated their review.

    Love It, But...

    It's okay, But I DON'T like how confusing it was. Eventually, I realized I have to approve the reviews before they've been posted. I REALLY, REALLY, like that feature so I can make sure all the reviews a safe. However, PLEASE, PLEASE, make that easier & more clear. The system also looks a bit old, so maybe make it so then different websites can design it to look like their website. However, I like it in general.

      Make sure to enter your email and to whitelist our emails. Then you can get the notification emails easily and just click approve or deny in the email.
