    nettement perfectible

    - le fonctionnement est aléatoire, - l'assistance difficile à joindre et pas réactive et uniquement en anglais. - la date n'apparait pas sur l'avis publié, il faut la rajouter à la main - ergonomie basique et non modifiable.

      Hi, The app is made to inherent the style of your website and then you adjust it in the settings to customize it further. The functionality of the app is: end users enter reviews and you either approve the reviews or you don't. Setup is important if you don't enter the correct information such as your email address into the app you will not get the notifications to approve a review. The date is not supposed to appear. Showing the date is an optional paid feature. Some people it's a bad feature because they don't get many reviews so all reviews look out of date. Some people the date is highly relevant.

    All reviews are gone!

    Hi, I have over 100 reviews, but now they are all gone! This is serious, because I build my entire business on these reviews. I ran a campaign this weekend, and now I find that they are all gone. I have had a little over 100 reviews from customers, and it is important that this is visible on my site. What has happened? Thank you for your feedback as soon as possible. Regards Michael

      Hi Michael, To delete a review you have to go into the app settings deny the review and then you can delete it. Unless you did that they are all still there. I responded to your support request. James

    Looks 'meh' and Cant unsub still charges me!

    - Does the job, barebones. - Looks not great though. - i unsubbed, only to realise months later im getting charged still. Contacting wix support now. Really low quality app/poor design/unprofessional

      The apps appearance generally matches the colors and layout of your website. If that is not happening you can alter the colors, text and wording so it matches.

    Unsubscribe?

    The app worked but looked like something at the dawn of the internet. I also noticed that there is nowhere to unsubscribe and when I click on support from the Wix app area for this app it goes to a blank page. I am going to delete the app from my website and hope that unsubscribes so I do not have future payments to it.

      To stop the subscription you can do that in the app manager and to remove the app just click it and click delete.

    Missing features

    There seems to be no way to set the app to automatically email customers and request a review after they make a purchase. This is a very important feature that is needed to get more reviews.

      You need to do this in your shopping cart, support system and marketing system. Add the review link to your thank you/receipt email that is automatically sent during purchase, your survey email sent after delivery, after a support request are all good.

    Problems With Editing Review Form

    Can you please tell me how to change the text on the review form; specifically the "Tip" section.

      The directions are in the app manager. The Tip is also the absolute best way for your reviews to be ranked well on Google. Don't change it unless you know better.

    UPDATE ASAP

    The app is easy to use. However, very outdated. Dates of reviews should be available for viewers to see. Add date visibility please and better customization options.

    Needs work

    Super outdated. The tutorials are from around 4-5 years ago... For the only review app, offered for free, I will continue using it. The ratings do not even display how many stars they rated their review.

    Reviews Aren't Showing up

    After I approve a review it doesn't show up on my page. I am able to edit and click unpublish, but nothing actually shows up. The only way to make reviews appear is if I manually enter each one which is highly inconvenient.

      The app is designed to not draw attention to itself so that people focus on the reviews. The premium version which cost less than a cup of coffee per month also shows the star rating.

    Incomplete star rating.

    Not sure why its even implemented. You can only see what you've rated something, and when you refresh the page.. even that rating disappears. Useless...

      What our app does is it allows other people to rate you. The Wix system requires you to save and publish updates before they are viewable. Presumably if you have made no changes and you saved before exiting then you can login back into Wix and then click publish.

    Upgraded and not receiving reviews

    When unused the free version of this app o got reviews sent to my email. I upgraded to the premium app today and 2 people have sent review bit they havent arrived in my email.

    Impossible customer service

    Frustrating that you can’t call somebody to get help. Crazy to me you can’t request somebody to call you unless your on an actual computer. Very poor customer service experience. The actually product is not too bad.

      Hi, Basically if you don't see a feature on the app then it's not there. We kept the app really simple so it's easy to install, easy to use, cheap and loads super fast. The trade off is that we lack some features that you might need and we don't offer live support. Fortunately Wix has quite a few other apps that are likely to fit your needs perfectly. Wix also has support as well as a community of professional designers that can help you far better than we can. James

    Can't upgrade to display 5 star reviews

    Contacted source to mention the upgrade link only shows a you tube video of a shiny red motor bike. Got response from James me giving instructions to log into my account and go to the upgrade link, kept telling him it doesn;t work and he kept sending me the same instructions. been a few days now since I confirmed it wasn't working like it should and haven't gotten a fix it response as of yet. Ready to cancel and choose another app that works correctly.

    Reveiws not showing up?

    People have left reviews on my site, however they are not coming through to my email to be confirmed, therefore not showing up on my site...

      Make sure you configure and test app. The email function will only work if you enter your email address where reviews should be sent.
