    No frills, and just ok

    Nice and simple way to add preformatted reviews to the website, but that's it. No way to add photos, or video. No way to link sites for seo. I could just as well type the reviews in myself and add a form for customers to add their own. No reason to pay extra money for such a supremely basic service.

      You could do those things and you should if you have nothing better to do. Our clients are focused on actually serving their clients and making money rather than complicating their lives with stuff they don't really care about just so they can save $2.99.

    Love It, But...

    It's okay, But I DON'T like how confusing it was. Eventually, I realized I have to approve the reviews before they've been posted. I REALLY, REALLY, like that feature so I can make sure all the reviews a safe. However, PLEASE, PLEASE, make that easier & more clear. The system also looks a bit old, so maybe make it so then different websites can design it to look like their website. However, I like it in general.

      Make sure to enter your email and to whitelist our emails. Then you can get the notification emails easily and just click approve or deny in the email.

    Ttansferring CUSTOMER REVIEWS

    Hi we have been trying to get in touch to find out if we can transfer the current customer reviews from our live page to another page which will become live next month. But no one has yet to respond

    Bit Disappointing

    Well, ultimately it's okay, but, doesn't wow me. It's just my opinion, it may be good for some. I'm not saying it's terrible or bad, just not my cup of tea.

      Our focus has always been easy, simple and fast. Granted we might not have all the wow features but for most people they just need it easy.

    Not showing up

    How long should it take for the review to show on the webpage? I have had a couple customers say they left a review, and it isn't showing up on my website.

      The reviews will show up once you have approved them. You will get a confirmation email in your email account. If you did not get the confirmation email please check your spam folder. Make sure to move the messages from spam to your Inbox first.

      You can, the management tools of free version will allow you to change all the texts.

    removing some customer reviews ?

    is it possible for you as website owner, and paying a "combo" pack, to remove certain customer reviews out of your website e.g. when there is a negative feedback which is not correct ?

      yes -- even though we don't recommend it unless the review is not a review ... examples of not a review .. support request, question, feature request, a review not about you

    Nice but missing basics

    The app is nice. It does what you want it to do. It is just missing some basic form functions. One basic thing I noticed it is missing is a "Cancel" button. If a user changes their mind and do not want to write a review, there is no way to cancel. They are forced to submit something. Also, it would be nice to be able to customize the look of the reviews a bit more. Maybe add different styling templates. Especially for the paid version. It is just as plan as the free version. Lastly, there should be an option to display the date. Users want to know that the reviews are current and not from 1 or 2 years ago.

      Hi, You can change the text of each section, font style, formatting, size and color on the settings tab of the app. James

    Not Impressed

    Everything on the app was working fine until the same review was on every product page. I clicked the drop down box where it says ( Different reviews for different pages) however when someone puts a review on a certain product the same review pops up on every product. Wish this would get fixed. I tried emailing support but every time I click it the page will not load. I would like different reviews for different pages. Everything else works great except for this part. Some support would be greatly appreciated. I still have the app but deleted the review box off my website.

    Apparently a bride left a review for me after I added this feature, but I never got an email and I can't find her review.

    Is it possible to show in 2 languages?

    I would like to show reviews in 2 languages but when I duplicate the app on 2 different pages , one English and one French if I hide one language it hides on both pages?

      Hi, Many people use the app with multiple languages but it's all in the same stream. The app was not designed to have different languages on different pages. James

    Could be better

    the app works well but the box left for customers to fill in is to small and half don't realise they can make it bigger and so mucks up the spacing on my page . it would be so easy to make the box bigger to start with and would solve this problem it would be 5 stars if this is done

    question

    i have emailed but received no response. how do we remove the generated name out of the review box. 'thomas P. is the name that's in mine and I cannot figure out how to remove it. Is that a premium feature? if so i really do not want to remove the app but i also do not need premium features right now. i like the app better than other i have found but the name being there in big bold letters is confusing and ugly

      Hi, We need at least one review for the system to work. In the Thomas P default review it says to remove this review add a real review. I think that is what you are referring to. If so immediately beneath the review is a link to leave a review click and complete the form. Hopefully that answers your question. James

    Haven't had any experience using a Customer Review App. So I OK'd my one review and somehow got your entire letter from Customer Reviews Team??? (Along with the 1 review.) http://www.glutenfreelivingaz.com/reviews If can't get it working, looking right, will just delete & get along without it.
