    Can’t say enough good things about them. I was in a pinch after another company flaked on me two days in a row and had to have the brush pile gone the next day. They were responsive, professional, and showed up early the next morning to get the brush pile cleaned up even though I called them late in the afternoon. Not to mention they left the lawn spotless.

    all my reviews disappeared... on with Wix Support now

    So, after adding this app and reformatting my page, the app went down and ALL my reviews disappeared. I had to wade through the stupid Wix AI to get to try to restore them. And of course... one rep had to forward me to a rep in another department and they needed me to explain everything again. Good lord.

    Love it!!!

    I have been using this app for several years now. Love it! Simple and easy to use. A great addition to my website. To automatically request clients to leave a review, you can create an automation through Wix and include the link from Customer Reviews.

    Love this app

    I've had this app on my website for years and years and its always worked exactly how it is supposed to work, I get notified when someone writes a review and I have to approve it before it is published to my website. I've never had any issues with it. I just created a new website, to refresh, and emailed their customer service to transfer my reviews over from the old site and cause I was using the same email they did it within minutes. Let me add that their response to my initial email was super fast too. The most excellent customer service! Thank you James, for an excellent experience with this product.

    UPGRADED MY WEBSITE

    I AM NOT A TECH LADY YET IT WAS EASY TO USE THE APP AND ADD THE REVIEW SECTION TO MY WEBSITE. THERE COULD BE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT, SPECIALLY THE TEXT BOX EXPLAINING THE COFFE THING BY YOU JAMES. MAYBE GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO WRITE OUR OWN EXPLANATION OR WELCOME NOTE INSTEAD? BUT BESIDE THIS I AM SO HAPPY OF MY REVIEW APP AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEND IT TO MY CLIENTS. THANKS JAMES.

    LOVE!

    I worked with this Reviews App and had a new website to transfer all of my old reviews to. They were super fast in responding and SO kind. They had it done in a matter of a few hours. For what you pay for this app, it's extremely worth having!

      It's up to Google but we do have the system so the reviews are recognized as reviews by the Google search engine.

    Excellent app and easy to use

    Helps me to grow my new type of business. Leaving and writing reviews should be very easy to do. Customer Reviews takes care of that. Happy with my decision. Till now a didn't find out how to connect with Google. Could use a little help there.

      Thanks! As long as the reviews are on any page other than the first page and the reviews are in your normal navigation it should get indexed.

    Works exactly as described only EASIER!

    I was reluctant to install a 3rd party Review app on our website but I am THRILLED we did. Woke up this morning to a GLOWING review from a client after only a few hours of having this on our website. Very well done :)

    App works well

    Been using it for years The apps to works very well. I cannot fault it . It allows you to simply publish and respond or just respond ( i think it has 3 other methods and its so simple to use. It certainly pays for itself effortlessly. Google reviews are ok, but the customer has to use a google account, however, this review app does not care what email provider you happen to use. Plus it's anonymous and does not collect the users' information if they do not want it collected. True privacy for the effort of the customer !

    Very great app, easy to configure - usable right away

    Hey I love the app. Pricing is ok too. I'm wondering if I can adapt the form which is named "review form" in terms of look (design). Thats the only function I am missing so far... :-) Good work. Keep up. Cheers! Carmen

      Thanks! You can customize the form the directions are in the app setup in the Wis webpage manager. Keep in the mind the form is super simple because we want your clients to be able to easily leave reviews.

    I requested a call-back because I was having trouble developing my website and figured they would call me later the next day (because it was 12:15 AM) and got a call back within 30 seconds of my request and someone spent 30 mins helping me through those issues.

    Having problems

    How can I make sure each product has its own review? its showing the same review under every product. i don't like that.

      We don't directly support product app integration. We do support multi page reviews. We have a work around for product app integration but .. there is no guarantee it will work.
