   The 100MB limit applies only to free products. It helps ensure smooth performance across all stores using the app. Paid products, however, support much larger file sizes. Our main service through Sellfy.com offers more advanced features and is especially useful for sellers without a website. For sellers like yourself with an existing Wix website who are looking for a simple checkout solution, the app is certainly a great fit. :)

   Hi there! Our Wix app requires an active subscription to keep your product files and store data saved on our server. If your subscription is inactive for more than 30 days, the system automatically removes the information. Sorry for the inconvenience!

   Hi there! Yes, you are correct. Our free trial is the same as our full service. That is so you're able to see what the service is like before committing to a paid subscription.    Hi there! Yes, it could be possible to do. But, it's important to share that we don't currently support cryptocurrency as a method of payment. Though, Sellfy supports any and all file types. If you'd like to try it out, I'd recommend a free trial to see how it goes! :-)

   Hi there! It's not possible to offer certain prices to customers based on a third party membership, unfortunately. The buy now button will be available to all customers. However, if you have certain Wix pages that are only accessible to members, you could place a buy now button with different pricing there. I hope this helps! :-) Sellfy Support

   Hi, our Sellfy subscriptions and the Sell Downloads app are separate services that provide different functionality and features. The two won't work together so rather than adding a Sellfy subscription on top of your app service, you'll want to choose one or the other. Sellfy's main service still allows you to sell directly from your Wix website so it's worth checking out if you need more advanced features and integrations, such as Zapier for example. When a seller first starts selling through PayPal it can happen that they hold payments as Pending until they're able to verify some information with you. After that, it all happens nearly instantly. As for checking on the email delivery of the link for your customer, we're happy to look into it! It can possibly be delivered to another folder in the mailbox, like "Promotions" for Gmail and customers overlook the email. No matter which Wix service you use, the cost to use the app is the same, because we're a separate company from Wix. It's just the one flat rate. I hope that's not disappointing, though! As for the email delivery concerns, the likely situation is that the customer had overlooked some of their email folders. Sometimes the emails can get placed in folders like "Promotions". Searching "Sellfy" or another keyword nearly always does the trick for these customers. You can also copy a quick link to provide instead of the automated "resend email" option. But, I can help. :-) You can customize the buy now button, to learn how, read here: https://docs.sellfy.com/article/21-how-to-use-sell-downloads-app-on-wix#customization Then, our app does only add the buy now button on your Wix, but also provides checkout, hosting and delivery of the digital product. You can then customize your Wix store page to display images, info or anything else you'd like. The button can be moved anywhere on the page so that it fits in just right! I hope this was helpful.    Hi! The Sell Downloads app is designed to deliver your products to customers via the Purchase Email including a unique download link. The download link is activated once the order is confirmed, so customers can't access the product before the payment is completed. I'm afraid streaming files is not possible with our app, though. But, the monthly subscription payment of $9.99 paid to Wix isn't refundable if you do cancel the subscription to the app. I hope that makes sense!    Hi there, Thanks for checking out the app! There are two payment processor options with the Sell Downloads app. You can use PayPal, Stripe or both. Stripe allows for purchases with major debit or credit cards, but it looks like it isn't available for the Dominican Republic. Sorry about that! That means that you'll need to use PayPal to accept purchases. Your customers can pay with a card, through their PayPal account, but they will need to pay with a PayPal account. So, the bad news is that you won't be able to use Stripe, but your buyers can still pay by card through PayPal. There shouldn't be any issues with laws and regulations for selling digital content that complies with the Sellfy Terms of Service as well. But, we're not experts in that regard, and if you do have a concern, you may want to find a local authority on the subject. We do have sellers that operate world-wide without an issue, though. :-) Best regards, Sellfy Support

   Hi. We're sorry to hear that the Sell Downloads app did not meet your expectations. Our Pro service on Sellfy.com is compatible with any Wix site, just not our Wix service (the app itself). So, it is absolutely possible to use the Pro Plan in combination with your Wix website and integrate the Shopping Cart feature.    Hi there! :-) We don't have a specific integration with Kotobee, but when selling with the app, you'll upload your file to our site. We'll store your product file, and send a secure download link to your customer after they purchase. You'll be able to upload any file type for your E-book, so if you have a specific file type for your book, that's no trouble at all! We also offer PDF stamping to help secure your E-books.    Hi! Thank you for looking into our service! We offer the PDF stamping feature, which adds the buyer's email address on every page of the ebook. However, while this feature discourages people from sharing the PDF file publicly and re-selling it, this is not 100% preventive as we can't control what happens to the file once it's downloaded. On top of that, we'd also recommend you use other means to prevent piracy, such as pre-ordering and developing customer loyalty.    Hi! Thanks for looking into our app! Our service is designed to sell downloads, and we don't yet have plans to add a streaming feature. So, we currently don't offer an option to sell access to view videos.
