If a customer wants to download a file and he is in Uruguay, he'll be paying via MercadoPago. Do you accept that type of transaction?

Not enough time to adequately assess it

I've put on this app, however in the design of the webpage make sure you put this at the last moment as the trial expires rather quickly and you won't be able to properly assess it. Note that you will have to have Paypal, Stripe, etc online to be able to use it. I was not able to get there in time as I was still doing other design within my page, plus work and family commitments. From the looks of it, it looks easy to use, however, I would have liked a couple of test runs to see it properly functioning, and as such now I am not able to do that as the trial has expired.

Question - UK regulations covering VAT on sales of digital services

Hi, How has the change to the UK regulations covering appying VAT to digital sales been covered? Since 2015 the VAT rate applied to the sale of digital goods (B2C - Business to Consumer) must be that of the location of the buyer, instead of the location of the seller. For each sale you must be able to gather 2 peices of information (eg billing address and IP address) to prove where the buyer is located, to provide evidence to the tax authorities. http://www.bmmagazine.co.uk/in-business/advice/need-know-vat-regulations-websites-selling-digital-downloads/ Is it possible to set up so that VAT is automatically applied based on the buyers location AND the 2 pieces of evidence captured that are required by the tax authorities? I can't sell

If somebody can help me I would apreciate it. The botton it does not Work When I try to buy from other devices to make sure it works, It doesn't. I click on the botton and sends me to the first step process, but when I click on ''Buy with Paypal'' or ''Do you have a promotion code'' ?? the procees drops off. Is there something I did wromg?? My Other cuestion is: If I want to sell beats, can I with just have one botton send the client to a difference lisences option with Just one botton??

My name is Chad Hensiak. I am a certified Wix Webmaster and the owner / CEO of CAH Promotions. My clients and I are not happy with this app for the following reasons: 1.) When the purchaser clicks the "Buy Now" button, they are redirected to the Sellfy website. This is not so bad but it opens up in the same browser window and offers now way to get back to my client's website. After contacting Sellfy's support team, I learned as of 07/14/2017, there is no way to change this. 2.) There is no way to customize the "Download Product" email that is sent to the purchaser so there really is no way to add my client's company brand / logo to it.

The app is fine enough but not THAT fine...

For small firms like mine, I find it very hard to sustain the price. Wix is already expensive enough. There's simply no profit, because there are not that many buyers and my firm for example have a very friendly price. It's simply too expensive.

It was great until...

when I first purchased this app, it was awesome and worked seamlessly. i tried it out on myself and I even had a few clients who purchased. Until today, I had a client who tried to purchase a download and the app would not link to paypal for them to process their payment. Then I tried it out on myself. The inital link opened, but when I put in my email to pay, the app wouldn't connect to paypal. I had to uninstall it and upload a paypal link. I can't help but wonder how much money I have missed out on due to the app not working properly. I am paying for a monthly subscription for a seemingly bugged product. This was my first and may be my last month using it.

it's good app that I need, but it had one problem only.. it is that I cant upload a file more than 2GB! thanks

Pricing Options

I'm considering building a Wix website and sell some digital files, as a side business, and i'm not sure it will fly... committing to US$ 10/m in addition to Wix's USD$ 24.5/m seems a lot...here's an idea, why don't you offer different schemes; like a basic 10$/m, 2$/m + % of sales or just % of sales (of course higher than the prev. %)

you should explain how it works....

went to your site looking for a few paragraphs of text explaining or a tutorial video showing how your system actually works. nothing there tho. like how to upload single song tracks for sale (can you do that? no explanation about that) and paypal usually gives u the option of using credit cards or paying out of a paypal account without having to be a registered member of paypal. do you offer that? not enough information for informed consent to use your services IMO. its like wix with all its little pop up help boxes for bits of information but no overview. your website looks nice however. give u 3 stars for being available tho

Can I create and sell certificates? Is it possible to produce a specific ID or code for each certificate?

Other payment options

Do you have to use paypal or are there other payment options? Most of my customer base do not have paypal accounts. I would definitely buy this feature if customers could download my ebooks using their debit or credit cards.
