Excellent Form Builder with Powerful Payment & Automation Features

I've had a great experience using Forms & Payments by POWR on Wix. The app is intuitive, highly customizable, and makes it easy to create everything from contact forms and quote requests to order forms and event registrations. The ability to accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and other payment methods directly from the form is a huge advantage for businesses. Simple to Use, Great Customer Service

We've had a simple payment form on our site for several years with absolutely no issues at all. Then, after behind the scenes updates, it suddenly stopped working. Within MINUTES of emailing customer service, Arlyne was emailing in return and corrected the issue. She was polite, knowledgeable and implemented the fix very quickly. I would recommend this app to any business or non profit that is collecting information and/or payments because you can depend on the quality of service and the quality of the PEOPLE behind the app. Great job, keep it up!

Good App But Some Bugs

Forms seem good for the most part, but I couldn't change the font and font size until support disabled some code, which seems strange. And the Google Sheets integration had some issues. After submitting a form, every other field in Google Sheets had a field label about "Opt-in to email marketing", which made the spreadsheet hard to read because there were 10-plus extra fields that I didn't have in my form.

I wasn't getting my forms vial email after clients completed their form and payment and support was very helpful in resolving the issue, in a fast and timely manner. Mithsou and Arlyne Catungal were very helpful with my issues as well as offering suggestions to make things easier.

Help desk is fantastic

I love using this app as we use it for our events and club membership payments. We went with it as well to have our sponsors make payments to us and actually have gotten sponsors from out of state to make a payment, Well our first one didn't go to well so I jump on the app knowing that help was always available and sure enough Luiz was there to help. Now our Payment form will be working correctly and the support behind the app couldn't have been any better. Please use this for all you Forms and Payments you'll be glad you did .

Form Builder Was Exactly What I Needed for My Wix Website

We needed a way to get people to register for our Kayak Regatta via our Wix website, and Form Builder gave us exactly what we needed. It was very simple to design and implement on our Wix website. The ability to download the data as a CSV file, convert it to Excel, and copy it into Word made for an excellent participant check-in document for our event. Their customer support was awesome, too. They responded quickly when we forgot our user ID. I cannot wait to try the other products this company offers.

The forms are pretty straight forward to use and love all the customizations even for the free account to test things out as your growing. Great customer service as well. Had an Issue where the customers responses to the forms didn't get recorded and forwarded to me and in under 3 mins I was talking to a rep and they fixed it for me. Will continue using!

I've been using Forms & Payments for a number of years now to handle registration for my car show. It works perfectly, and is customizable to adapt to any situation. I recently had an issue I couldn't figure out, and had to request help. It was handled within minutes. Turns out I had a deadline set for the Form settings.

Wix is amazing for busy small business owners!

I am not tech savvy, but Wix makes it so easy to navigate and make your website look good, function properly, and shine. It is at a great price point and the helpful customer service at your fingertips is a huge time saver when you don't actually log in and manage the site that often (so you forget things!). They're GREAT! I specifically had an experience just today with Mithsou (POWR Support) because I couldn't find something, she did a little snippet video to walk me through how to find it and that was all the support I needed. Can't say enough about how awesome Wix is!

A Great App for Forms and Feeds

I have about 45 Wix websites that I manage and when I need a form or Facebook feed, I always use Powr. Easy to use interface, embedded code works great on Wix. When I occasionally have an issues, Powr is quick to respond and resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

have had the app for quite some time now. Just worked out i can do more with it than i realised. I can sort my classes quite easily. Wish Id worked this out years ago. lol

Convenient, Straightforward, Effective

Overall, this form builder app gets the job done - allows you to customize a straightforward form for your website. The simple controls translate to an easy-to-use experience for those filling out the form. The payment feature works great and being able to connect it to Google Sheets automatically is nice. The only thing I could see improvement on would be fleshing out the controls to give designers more range on the look of the form. The simplicity of what you can change is nice but limiting.
