Frustrating and not intuitive, needs tutorials
I'm quite proficient using SurveyMonkey so I expected to be able to figure out Powr for Wix. However, I was so frustrated after four hours of trying to figure it out that I was in tears. Fortunately, Mithsou helped by fixing some issues herself. I still wouldn't be able to fix them myself. Tutorials would be much appreciated. Is this a new app?

I’m not a huge fan
I really wish there was an easy way to receive the notification, i get so many orders and i can never open the pics my customers upload or have invoice already typed up from the orders they submit .

Too Many Bugs
Since this keeps prompting me to leave a review and interfering with my work, I'll leave a review. The number of bugs this program has is unreal. You can't use the & symbol. If you have an extra option added that's not associated with a price, it doesn't notify you, yet it keeps your form from working. I had to wait days on a response after this app shut down when it exceeded the registrations AFTER I upgraded and paid more. Ugh.

Difficult to navigate
I need to take the price out of the button in the form and from the looks of it I cannot. Considering I am asking for donations through the form, I don't want a specific dollar amount visible before they're able to choose the amount they want to submit. This app needs work.

This app doesnt allow full customization
It always shows it comes from the company that made the app - <sent-with@powr.io>. It never gives an option to remove that which looks very unprofessional. It should look like it comes straight from our business without needing to advertise for the app . Especially if we're paying a monthly fee.

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot use your mailbox to send automated emails since it's insecure for third party apps like ours. However, please be advised that you can set up the mail agenda, setup "From" settings, and by clicking on the reply button, it will automatically create a new email to your settled mailbox.

Ok but expensive
The app is ok and reasonably easy to use but the free version only allows for 6 fields. I paid for the basic version and found i was limited to only 10 fields. All quite unsatisfactory. Plus it doesn't work in websites abroad

Easy form builder; needs works on bugs
I was able to easily create a form; however, now nothing will load. This is not acceptable for a live website and creates revenue loss. Please QA this and improve loading and previous work save.

Basic Information rejected
My trust level is low. In the basic profile information area, it asks for a phone number. Not sure why they need my phone number, but they ask for it. Sadly only area code works, so if you live in the 404 area code, you can complete your profile. If not, the engineers are working on it in the future.

Très complet, facile à paramétrer, correspond parfaitement à mes besoins. J'ai installé 2 autres app de formulaire, il manquait à chaque fois une fonctionnalité. celle-ci est la plus complète et n'est pas la plus chère en plus. MAIS, pas de tchat d'aide, et ils ne répondent pas au ticket par mail.

This is a Wix "application" or block, not cheap but for the price, I would have like the multi-languages feature... What is the point to allow us to build a multi-languages website is your "applications" are not following-up? It really feels like the work is half done here...

It is impossible to cancel/downgrade this app on Wix
I have gone round and round looking at my Wix subscriptions and then logging into the POWR site and seeing my forms, but no subscription to cancel. We are paying twice as much as we need to monthly and I just need to downgrade us but it is impossible. We are a non-profit that uses these forms for our community and our waivers. Please help us downgrade so we stop wasting money without losing our forms we already have.

Difficult to Integrate with Mailchimp
I installed the mailing list pop-up. When I went to integrate with Mailchimp (new feature, maybe they're still working the bugs out) I had to upgrade to a pro level, $4, mo. Fine. After the upgrade, when I click to integrate with Mailchimp, I'm taken to the mother site, Powr, where they treat me like a new customer, ask me to make an account, and nowhere do they recognize that I've just upgraded. And here it costs an additional $8/mo to integrate with Mailchimp. What? This is beyond confusing, and possibly unethical. Would not recommend until they greatly streamline the integration process and get clear on their prices. Hope the company reaches out to me to help fix this.

Extremely limited
I am bugged constantly for a review despite purchasing the paid option. The ability to customise the appearance of the form is so limited as to almost render the application useless before its even on your website. As if you cant move a button or add spacing to text??

The feedback popup is on a per-app basis. To further explain, if you provide feedback on Form builder, you won't be asked on this app again. Needs monitoring
I have had more problems with this app than any other. From random blocks of missing form responses to the form disappearing from the website without cause or warning. When it works, it's great (just don't trust it to behave)

It's been great until 2021..
I've been using form builder for our website and it's been amazing.. until recently. I've paid for the membership that offers more advanced services. The thing is ever since this new year it's said to contact app administrator and doesn't allow me to make the updates I need to make. Please make this change your form builder is the best wix offers.

embedding code does work
the embedding code doesn't work for the Wix site, and the instructions on how to install it on wix is horrible. Only worked on the site for two hours, and then just disappeared. ____________________________________________________________ UPDATE: You guys have to inform your customers if you are having problems. We rely on you guys to do your part as we pay for this service. Communication is key.

Annoying to use
It does what I need to do mostly, but fiddly to use. Needs to be able to be used on a full screen. The most annoying thing however is keep getting the 'feedback' pop up when you are trying to use it!!!!!

Great app concept, TERRIBLE integration.
I would not reccomend this app. although it works well, the ONLY form of payment acception is through paypal, or stripe(third party companies who charge a fortune). Stripe declined my business because they deemed my business against their unclear guidelines. We need more options to accept payments as well as better calender integration for bookings.

They drive you crazy with popups trying to get you to rate their app
"Simple and easy to implement!"... Is what I would actually review, but the constant pop-ups coercing you into reviewing are driving me nuts. You need to add an option to your pop-up that allows us to dismiss it for longer than 5 minutes. Even after reviewing it they don't stop.

Does not support credit card processing fees.
We have a need to calculate credit card processing fees as a % of the total cost. Only option is to select tax, but then customers complain because membership fees are not taxable. Recommend an option to change the label to select "Tax" or "Processing Fee"

Needs more features
There is no tool tip option, you can't manually set the column locations you would like to use, you switch to another module (from dropdown to checkbox) without starting over, and I would like to be able to save the form as a printable PDF file. etc etc.Meh, not impressed. Need to get the PM to go through these reviews and start looking at features that are requested.

5mb max upload to small
As a startup and market test for a larger marketplace vision, a multi-sided real estate and home improvement platform. The form profiles capture critical category specific data. I'm not able to upload required docs. 5mb max is very small to capture jpeg and pdf's w/images files. Hopefully you have a solution?

The starter plan is limited to 5MB, but the Pro level allows for up to 10MB and the Business plan will let you go all the way to 100MB. Expensive and not reliable
I have a simple form on my site for contact info. It's only used every couple of months by clients, but costs nearly £100 per year, which is quite expensive for the usage. I'm also on just now when I need to find client info and it's not available :( Wondering if it's always like that as I don't check it very often. Need to look around at the alternatives I think.

Hi Helen. Thank you for your feedback and sorry about the issues. Our servers were experiencing some issues but fortunately they are back up. We have an uptime of way over 99.9% and issues like this are rare. This one was out of our control but luckily Heroku (which hosts our servers) was able to resolve this fairly quickly.

I was expecting more features in the pro version. What I dislike: - no customization of progress bar - "Back"-button is always there - Conditional rules are pity I was going for creating a small quit, impossible.

Hi there, So sorry this is happening for you! With the POWr form builder plugin you can easily upload multiple files. You just need to login into your POWr dashboard -> then go to the 'Form' tab -> press the blue 'Add element' button -> 'Inputs' -> 'File upload'. Kept removing Admin Email
My email kept being removed and/or I wasn't receiving emails. It could have been a great app for my website but I couldn't risk missing request by potential customers. YES, I had the free version but that shouldn't make a difference on performance of app.

Misleading Pricing
In Wix App market the basic plan at an affordable $3-4 says it includes conditional logic which is what I need specifically on my form but when after purchasing the plan it says that it is only included in the pro plan which is $10 monthly way too much for an embedded form. So I just waisted $4 ugh

In Order for fields not clearing
In testing the order form the fields that i submit stay in there regardless of user. So if i select a dropdown item, enter a test phone number, name, etc, all that stays in there for a different user/member,, but is this my browser? cache not clearing?

Great app but having some trouble!
This app has been great for our business and allows us to take registrations and payments which is fab. Its pretty easy to use and is the best one I have found to date - I love the new customisable email confirmation option. UPDATE We are having trouble with this app at the moment and cannot log in to access the submissions. This is making it rather useless currently. A great shame as its a great app when it works..
