Good App But Some Bugs

Forms seem good for the most part, but I couldn't change the font and font size until support disabled some code, which seems strange. And the Google Sheets integration had some issues. After submitting a form, every other field in Google Sheets had a field label about "Opt-in to email marketing", which made the spreadsheet hard to read because there were 10-plus extra fields that I didn't have in my form.

Convenient, Straightforward, Effective

Overall, this form builder app gets the job done - allows you to customize a straightforward form for your website. The simple controls translate to an easy-to-use experience for those filling out the form. The payment feature works great and being able to connect it to Google Sheets automatically is nice. The only thing I could see improvement on would be fleshing out the controls to give designers more range on the look of the form. The simplicity of what you can change is nice but limiting.

Legit

So far so good. It's easy to setup, and connect for payments. Two things that could be incorporated for me that would make this a 5 star rating: 1: The ability to give selectable items a description. 2: Real-time Countdown Timer with Conditional Logic and Dynamic Display.

The app is useful for receiving information from customers. Some payment features are limited to less than what is available with partnering payment processors. Responsive and very helpful support team.

Took me a minute to figure out how to add a form

But the support was amazing and fast. I got it figured out. I wish there was some more customization on setting what which information displays when the submissions hit your inbox but it works!

Lots of function but so many changes to set up a form.

This could do with some AI control to speed up the setup process. I've been using it for years though and love all the functionality.

Works great

was fairly easy to implement, except for the fact that when applying any design change, font color for example, it didn't update and you had to perform every action twice in order for it to be presented.

Issue was Resolved

Ultimately, my issue was resolved; however, it took multiple emails and more than 2 months to get rectified so I was more than a little annoyed at the length of time to fix. The initial issue was likely my fault (not even sure what I did), but when the initial ‘fix’ came, it made the situation much worse. I was receiving some auto-generated message every time a client texted me, my form was no longer integrated with my Wix app…..it was a mess. Ultimately, they were able to resolve the issue so all is well that ends well, but it was a painful experience that I hope to never have to relive!

Resolved my issue

The issue was resolved but it did take quite some time, maybe due to the time difference? An online chat or phone call option would be appreciated for urgent matters.

It's good to start with!

It works as a basic payment processing app! I wished that customers could order more than once though as a second attempt would throw up an error message! Would be great to have a captcha as part of the payment processing. Otherwise, it gets the job done!

Using multiple forms for collecting information and making basic assessments

Work with POWR forms is pretty easy and intuitive, however integration with WIX is something that needs to be improved for better flexibility in using multiple forms in different pages. Forms / WIX language versioning is another area can be improved.

It is one of the best - the support is always excellent

The Form Builder is great although it is limited on logic options, one route only. Easily added to WIX and linked to payment merchants. The customer/technical support is always fast to respond and 99% of the time is able to solve the problem and provide a solution quickly.

I'm happy I can have a form where my customers can upload images to wix. Need more color options.

Thanks for this tool - I was able to create a mural request form that I could not create on wix otherwise. I am having issues with the design (I need to match my websites color palette and font (Myriad Pro)), also the formatting for mobile is weird. It cuts words in half rather than sending them to the next line. Overall, a great tool - I look forward to these changes though.

A Decent App

A good form app

A fairly good form app, with good and prompt customer service. I would like some more customization options on certain elements like the address section, such as removing parts like the Country if un-needed, or having those parts capable of being automatically pre-filled. It would also be nice to have the option when the form submission is emailed to include the static text portions of the form as well. Otherwise I've had little issues with it, and would recommend it for others to use.

Very useful and easy to configure.

It has most of what I need to charge credit cards and online payment. But, there is no way to charge extra fees for different services. Also, it would be great if the logic could be exclusive for choices on the form. As it stands, the logic is on inclusive.

Overall good

Overall the app is working very good for our purposes. I had an excellent experience with support from Richcarde M. who resolved an issue I was having with reports coming back from Form Builder and Payments. He was very prompt in replying and resolving the issue.

Good App - Gets the Job Done

Good app and does have some logic to be able to streamline registration pages. It also takes payment easily and is compatable with a lot of different web platforms. I'd like to see it have a few more logic capabilities, but great otherwise. Staff in helping with a bug issue got back to me and resolved the problem faster than anticipated. Only drawback is that there is no call line for issues, you have to email in a ticket.

I'm getting the hang of it....

I definitely appreciate this over Google Forms! I'm slowly but surely getting used to what is available and how I can best use it on my website. The more I learn about the functions, the more I like the app.

I like it however, my clients are a little confused when the automated message is delivered to their inbox because it says POWR and they are expecting to see my name or my website. I have a little bit to do to make it a little more smoother. Also, when i first created the form, I was having trouble receiving the automated email. Again, something I have to work out.

It is easy to work with and is reliable.

The only thing I would like to see added to the free version is the ability to block specific email addresses as I have been pestered by certain people. Would much rather block them and never see their messages rather than have to delete them all the time.

Great value in price

Had to move to this App due to issues with other. It’s more basic however it just about does the job and in one way is more simpler to use. Could improve on its Conditional Logic options, it’s design flexible. Great customer service though when I’ve made contact with them for help. So not bad value if you’re capturing basic info and payments.
