Did not work

Do not download. Did not work, and the "delete app" option did not work when I tried to delete it. I had to ask the Wix support team for help deleting it, and they haven't been able to figure out how to delete it yet. Something is very wrong with the code for this app - do not download.

WE ARE REMOVING THE APP! NO SUPPORT FROM DIGIOH

We like WIX a lot. We like Constant Contact. However, to connect the two you must purchase Constant Contact by Digioh from WIX. We hit a problem (not being able to add something as basic as a cell phone number). WIX told us to call Constant Contact. Constant Contact told us to call WIX. Then they both said to contact Digioh. However, no one form Digioh ever returned our request and there is NO WAY to contact them by chat or phone. We finally just gave up and went a different route. Extremely frustrating that Digioh has such poor Customer Service. As an aside, WIX and Constant Contact have EXCELLENT customer service.

Promising App - Difficult to Integrate at the FREE level

The sales people called and harassed me several times a day also. I will not do business with a company that has aggressive sales tactics. Plus, the app never really worked on my site.

*Dont Buy *Constant Contact Knows Nothing About This App

I added app then purchased plan for $25. Upon using service app blocked me saying I need to upgrade to paid plan from trial. Purchasing this app is simply bait. Instead of $25 yearly the actual service is $25 monthly. When Contacting constant contact they knew nothing about what services they list on app through wix and they immediately tell you to pay them 25 monthly. Total Waste of time canceling with wix and getting refund. Basically paying to waste time and end up with no services promised.

This app is garbage

Unreliable. App intermitently disconnects from Constant Contact account which leads to email notifications citing ambiguous "integration errors" as the issue. Tech support was useless....just a lot of delayed back and forth that led to nothing...followed by a "we hve closed your ticket due to lack of response"...despite having responded to every one of their emails. Disappointing, will be seeking another email marketing platform with better integration. Constant Contact didn't even make the 2023 top 10 platforms so I'm out.

Total Crap

Never worked, even after the $24 premium upgrade. I uninstalled, reinstalled and wasted $24 trying to believe it would work. It doesn't.

Absolute trash

Never shows on the live site. I'm fairly sure that living in an age where email signups have been going on for nearly two decades an app to literally take pop-up on a screen and take a mere an email address should work first time. Doesn't work on mobile, and no addition to have a static form, meaning I'd have to go an add yet another app just to take emails at the bottom of pages. Why can other apps do both but this can't? It should have taken ten minutes to get this going, and I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall something that I paid for to make it work.

simply not working

I have reinstalled the app several times, and I get the message that the app is connected to Constant Contact, then when people try to join my email list, Constant Contact receives nothing. Then when I check to see why, I get the message that the app is not connected. Going in circles and nowhere.

Not fully Realized

I find this App to be rudimentary, compared to what my clients see on other sites and EXPECT. The "Extreme Customization" described is, in reality, fairly basic. The limitation on the subhead length is crippling for detailed messaging. Also there is no option to disable, or turn off the App without deleting the app entirely. Fine for Basic WiX users, but unsuitable for designers, developers, or users with more sophisticated needs.

Only worked properly for a few months

I've been having trouble with this app for a while and customer service is almost non-existent. What's the point of connecting with my Constant Contact account if, most of the time, it doesn't actually add people from the pop-up to my mailing list. Usually have to do it manually. Now I have 2 pop-up boxes and no one will help me fix this.

This app is frustrating, doesn't integrate, and everyone passes the buck

It's impossible to get help with this. We upgraded when we had only 11/100 contacts passed from lightbox because I was having to enter their details myself as there was an "integration error". At that point we had more than 100 contacts in our total contact list and this was considered to be why it wouldn't work. But guess what, afterwards, now that we are paying monthly for unlimited contacts, the lightbox STILL DOESN'T WORK. I got it to work once, but since then it's hand enter as usual. Also, Constant Contact requires names to be entered separately, first and last, and yet the lightbox fields cannot be edited to do this. Will delete as it is not worth the trouble

How to automatically add subscribers to my Constant Contact List

The free version works to collect email addresses. However, it does not integrate with Constant Contact to add names and email addresses automatically to my lists in Constant Contact. I keep getting an error message every time someone signs up through the popup. I have to add them manually to Constant Contact. How can this be fixed?

Pop-Up Issues

Pop-up worked when an all pages. Changed to just home page and nothing. Support tried but none of their suggestions or directions changed anything. I'm going to try something else.

Limited functionality

There's a place where I can select the exact page I want the lightbox to appear on but I can't actually scroll down far enough to find the page. I only want to collect email sign-ups from distributors on a page that's only accessible to password holders. Is there a way to get help with this?

App didn't work, support was useless

Installed this app for a client. Paid for the premium version. Published the website live and the popup didn't work. Support replied a few times telling me to disable other apps and to publish the website. AT some point, they just stopped responding. Wix support was no better. So easy for them to both point at the other as the probable cause And their claim that it is "Extreme Customization - Customize your Pop-Up however you like. Change any text, color, and size on every aspect of your Lightbox!" is laughable. Beware!

Works to collect email addresses if they agree to be added to the list

The free version works to collect email addresses. However, it does not integrate with Constant Contact to send auto welcome emails, even though leads are added to the correct list. If I upgrade to the $2/month version, will auto emails be sent?

Does not work and can't cancel payment

This pop-up does not work! Does not pop up even without a pop-up blocker running. AND not entirely free. AND I can't find ANYWHERE to cancel my payment.

NOT FREE! You have a pay a monthly fee.

I already pay for WIX and Constant Contact. Seems I should be able to integrate the two without having to pay more to offer customers a way to sign up for our newsletters. Very frustrating! You've allowed about 100 contacts for free then have to pay $3/month to continue receiving the emails. A total waste!

ANOTHER thing to pay for and not very functional.

I pay for premium plans for both Wix and Constant Contact, but now they want me to pay even more for this app that barely functions? The customization tools are scant. I can only add pop-ups, I can't add in-line forms. I can't add images or customize the layout. I can't add captcha. This is really, really weak and I'm surprised it has any decent reviews.

Can you add more than one pop up form?

I added a general "sign up" form to my homepage and it works great. I would like to send target mailings to people based on what area on my website the user clicks on. Is there a way to add different pop up forms to different pages?

Can my previously created Constant Contact connect with this Wix Constant Contact Form

I have a previously created Constant Contact email list for my business and would like to confirm before adding this feature to my website, that there is a way to add subscribers from my Constant Contact Wix form to my already created Constant Contact? Useful

I only wish there was an easier way to hide in in the site editor rather than having to open up the menu and open up a drop down to click the box that says hide...only for it to pop back up again if you change pages. I like it better than dedicating page space for a sign up form.

Useless App as it does not work on mobile devices

Had to remove it and cancel this. In today's world- you absolutely need to be able to have a way for people to use something like this on a mobile device. I would have kept it if I had a way to add it as a static app on the website - but they have blocked that too. Sad. I just set up a link to send them to a form on Constant Contact.

Simple but effective. Allows you to make various changes in content and colour schemes. It integrates well with Constant Contact - we use this to forward subscribers further emails automatically using Constant Contact.
