Needs the ability to Reply
In some ways this app is the best commenting app, it's easy to design, you can delete comments with the free plan, and it works well. But it NEEDS the ability to reply in order to be good for much anything!! What if somebody leaves a testimony or a question or an issue and you can't reply to them a thank you or an answer or a solution!! Please please please add this!!!

Good Customer Service: Lack of Functionality
Hi all, If you're attempting to add Reviews to a specific product (e.g. each product has a rating out of 5 stars) then this app does not have the functionality for it. On the bright side, customer service replied within an hour or two and was helpful and to the point. Gets the job done
This app gets the job done. I wish you had a way to make the reviews a slider or something so they dont just take up your page. I even tried upgrading to see if they had it but nope. Dont want to switch apps and lose the reviews I have now so.

Pretty Good
I just started using the app & was playing with it to see how everything works in it. & I noticed that when I enable for visitors to post anonymous without having to use an email & username but when they do they show as "Anonymous" without a name or Username that they put in. Is there any other way we can get people's username or name in the post when its not requiring a email also?

Happy but need a tweak!
Is there any way to delete reviews that I have been testing the site with - and how do i import a load of reviews from another site with data i have in text format on a document

Works Very well
I love it, but, when I was creating my website https://benjamindaniel5965.wixsite.com/an-almost-diary it wouldn't let me translate anything. Overall though. I love it!
