    Excellent App, Excellent Support!

    I have been very happy utilizing this app for years, and even more happy to learn recently that their staff is super prompt, friendly, and helpful if issues happen to arise. I will continue to use this service and remain a paid user. I recommend anyone else seeking any of the services they offer to give these guys a chance. Much deserved thus far, 3+ years into using them.

    Not Compatible With Wix Harmony Editor

    Like so many apps this isnt currently integrated with the newer Wix Harmony editor, You will be able to install it but it will never appear in your editor, I wish Wix would hide the apps that are not currently updated for the Harmony editor from the app store instead of showing them to users as available and installable and letting us struggle for hours trying to get them to work before casually slipping in "Yeh its not currently compatible" in a live chat for help.........

    Not super intuitive and having technical issues.

    Just added this app this morning and unable to use it or delete it. I have sent a request for support with no updates on how to fix this.

    Do not like this app

    Causing problems on my site. The app isn't nice looking on the page, even though you can edit how it looks, still doesn't look right. It is also causing problems with my google as it google is flagging a problem on my site and its this app. I cant remove the app. I have requested it be removed.

    DO NOT INSTALL!!

    Unable to remove the app once the app installed. Visitors do not have the option to close the form and the form keeps hovering over every page basically blocking my website. DO NOT INSTALL!!!

    Difficult to Retreive Data

    Perfect for our needs

    We use the Email Sign Up app with Wix. As a youth orchestra we often have to sign up young musicians for auditions, special events, etc. The app is easy to use and perfect for our needs. Best of all, the support has been extraordinary.

    No X to close the window

    There is no X button to close the window. Only in paid version. So when I set this window on my blog - so people have to sign up before reading the blog - there is no way to close it down. As well in the free version - email autorespond after signing up- there is only english version of autoreoply. You should be able to set it up in any language. Not much use for different languages.

    Not a pop-up

    This form isn't a pop-up and doesn't even feature a cross for people to leave it... So, it stays on your page and hides whatever is under it. It cannot be used on a homepage. Disappointed.
