    Not Satisfied With POWR's Media Gallery

    I purchased this in hopes of creating a video gallery with simple 16:9 video thumbnails. Something that was in the promotional images of the app. In attempting this, I found there was a white border added to all of my video thumbnails, which looked very tacky (especially on a black background). I reached out to support and was told that there was nothing I could do to remove it, but that their engineers would look into it. Was not able to get a refund, as I felt it was a bit of false advertising, given that the promotional images had galleries filled by thumbnails with no white borders added.

    The Lightbox option is misleading. I thought it was a scrolling gallery based on the icon's appearance.
