Amazing Option

TicketSpot was perfect for my small music school's live music event. We pre-sold tickets through our website and were able to discount / comp tickets as needed with custom discount codes. Check-in at the event was seamless and it was great to be able to see attendance live instead of eyeballing. I loved being able to pay a flat fee for a set number of tickets. We will absolutely be using this in the future!

Perfect for managing art class registrations

I have been using Ticket Spot integrated with my Wix website for almost two years, and it has become a very important part of my business. Best Option I've Found

After searching around for a good option to list events, this seems like one of the more comprehensive ones on the Wix app store. It has more features than I need, but works well for my purposes!

Good to keep my off-site event listings in order

I have been using this app to keep track of my event listings for artist receptions, art camp day pass and mirrored tickets for my regular bookings services through wix. I'm haven't used it for the actual ticketing service because I don't need to spend time setting up additional redundant pages, so I'm not sure I need it for that, it just keeps a nice "Upcoming Events" section up on my page for the Eventbrite listings.

It’s easy to set up events, and the branded tickets make everything feel more professional. The automatic digital tickets are super convenient for attendees, and the QR check-in app saves a ton of time at the door. Solid all-in-one solution for ticketing.

Not the Smoothest Experience

While they made an effort, communication was very difficult, and it became apparent that the situation was beyond their capacity. After dealing with multiple issues, I no longer felt confident in how things were going and had to create a different method for collecting my RSVPs. Sadly, this led to losing several valuable weeks before my event.

Great ticketing platform

Chris and his team are REALLY responsive, they trouble shoot and listen carefully when features are requested. We are really glad we moved over to TicketSpot as it hands down beats the other platforms we had been using. As an events company that sells thousands of tickets each year it's integral to our business to have a ticketing platform that works well.

We've used this for some years now and when trying to test this with our new website, we initially had issues with the integration with eventbrite and right away, their tech support (person's name is Chris) really made sure that it was fixed and is working again, and we're happy to use this again...

There was an issue with the purchased upgrade through WIX, but Chris is worked hard and fast to resolve my issue. Excellent app, and great customer service!

All you can need for event management in one place

We tried TicketSpot for a huge conference, with virous types of tickets, registration forms and email&SMS communication with attendees. App is intuitive in use and support was more than great and made happen all we needed. Definitely will return soon. Thank You!!

I have just started with ticket spot and my query was sorted straight away!! Now excited to get into the nitty gritty and launch my events. Chris btw is amazingly helpful.

Exactly what I needed

I was looking for ticketing software, came across ticketswap and discovered things that I didn't even know I needed. Great app, great price, and supreme customer serivce!

Not free! But client service on top!

Free only when you try to sell not more than 20 tickets. Too bad... it's really too expensive for non-profit organizations. But their client service is totally great. If it would have been affordable, I would have used it.

We tried using the Wix ticketing options, but they weren't great. Ticket Spot has hit the spot.

Customer service that's above and beyond

I messaged the app to ask how to change something to make the checkout options better reflect what my customers were used to. Chris responded quickly and spent that night updating the app to incorporate that feature for everyone. On top of that, the app is easy to use and has all of the features I need to host a successful event for my nonprofit. Could not recommend it more!

PERFECT

Great integration with our website, seamless use for attendees, and all of the features you need for getting tickets out for an event. We used it for a "free" event so we weren't able to take advantage of any payment processing features, but we had no issues adding different ticket types, sending out announcements to attendees, and creating a landing page for the event. Absolutely will be using for our future events.

Chris is so quick to get back to me with any questions or trouble shooting I had! A++ experience and would definitely recommend! first time using an event app and I think this is going to be great for all the classes we are going to have at our brick and mortar- easy to use!

Fast & pain free - 5 stars plus!

Used many ticket integrations in the past and I have to say, this one takes the cake. The setup was smooth and hassle free. The ability to choose options and integrations were perfect and the support was off the charts, I just published on the weekend and got ahold of somebody on a Sunday night. Hands down great product, it takes minutes to see how good it is.

The app is good. However, I haven't had an opportunity to thoroughly use it. The one complaint I have is, it takes a while to get help. Once you receive it, everything gets worked out.

Highly rate for sure! Chris was super responsive about upgrading the user sort function so that even if an event isn't shown on screen it will still be searched and then appear in the sort. Awesome!

We host a gaming site and trying to embed a feature for twitch live streams has been some what challenging until I found Event Viewer. The ability to showcase your entire following list is brilliant especially for teams as this makes lightwork of adding and removing participants. You can also make slight tweaks to auto play, mute streams and have it host particular streamers. I Love This App & The Support Is Amazing

I was looking for an event app for my ever evolving Wix site and I am so happy I chose Event Viewer. The app is great and easy to use and if I have a question the support is outstanding. I very highly recommend this app and it's creator.

LOVE IT! TOTALLY EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!

I have been using this app for about a year. It was the best one that Wix had to offer. It needed only 2 things to make it PERFECT. Short story. I had an issue with something I did. Wix put me in contact with Chris to get it resolved. He is the app creator. He is awesome, helped me right away. In communication with him I asked, "could I make 2 suggestions". He said, "sure". I asked if it was possible to add a photo scroller to each event instead of just a single image and was there a way to add an event with no date, "to be announced". He said he would work on it. A short time want by and he contacted me. He informed me he added both features I requested. I was so happy. I had been looking for these 2 features for a year, and just like that he wrote the software and added both features to the app. Now I can advertise a future event on my website even though I don't have a date and I can feature more than one item in my event photos. Could not be more happy, thank you Chris!!!

I tested for Eventbrite events and it is the best I could find.

I used this app for integration with Eventbrite. The application is very good and pretty comprehensive. there are minor issues that can be improved, but definitely one of the best applications I could find to integrate with Eventbrite.

Event Viewer App is amazing and customer support is topnotch

Using the Event Viewer app for events hosted by different organisers, so this app was perfect for our needs. It has a number of options of configuration and can be used to manage the events too, we used eventbrite but did add separate listings outside that account so again very helpful! Perfect for custom dev functionality on a shoe string budget!
