Unfortunately, LiveChat's administration panel is only available in English but still, you'd be able to easily change the language of your chat window to Portuguese.     Mostly Good

    LiveChat has been very helpful. I don't like is that it no longer automatically appears at the bottom of our mobile site (I don't wan't to add another button). Also, in the past we've had issues that the app would cover up a section of our page even when it wasn't opened by a visitor. This made it where buttons and links in that area could not be clicked. We had to make sure that we didn't have any links on the far right side of the page. Other than this, the app works great.

    Great App, but kinda expensive for just extra basic features.

    The app destroys all the other apps I've tried thats for sure. It's simple to use and very convenient. Though, I'm going to complain about its price. I'm paying 19$ a month for the basic plan. Though to get really simple features like file sharing and unlimited chat history i need to pay almost 40$ a month which isn't worth it. Its way to expensive for that. Every basic user should have access to basic features such as schedules, unlimited chat history and file sharing. I agree to paying more for extra features like more customization to my chat, agent groups, etc since its really more advanced features. But not the simple ones every other live chat offers for the basic plan. I rate 5 stars once they make it more reasonable.

While LiveChat might seem to be premium priced, it's worth to mention that you get some additional functionalities, not offered by other live chat providers. These include: - e-commerce tracking (you can track the number and value of your sales using live chat conversations), - advanced reporting/analytics - ticketing system. Also, our team is working on making LiveChat better for our customers, so you can expect more features coming, soon.
