Formilla Live Chat very basic chat
they won't let wix users enjoy ALL the benefits. This $9 is a limited scaled back version.

This is actually due to many technical limitations with the early version of our Wix iframe app. We'd be happy to offer you significantly discounted pricing on our general packages which can still be installed on Wix websites, just without using our Wix app though. Formilla Live Chat Not impressed at all
Paid for the premium package, can't see website visitors despite logging onto my site as a test, won't install or show on my Wix site own domain. Incredibly PISSED OFF

Was it removed? If so, is it possible to add it back via the Wix Editor and publish? I think it should work fine once you do this, but we can troubleshoot further for you if visitors aren't appearing for any reason. Looking forward to your reply!

It says "free plan available" - where in fact this only a free trial and will expire.

Formilla Live Chat Does it work on Mobile's version of the website?

Hi Crystal, Thanks for your review! To make it work on mobile, we have a work-around where you can create a link/button to open the chat in a new browser tab. The work-around is necessary since unfortunately Wix hasn't built support for mobile with 'fixed widget apps'. Another option is to install our chat script with Wix's dev tools instead. This is a bit more involved, but please email our support team at support[at]formilla.com for further guidance. Have a great weekend!

I wanted a chat site that would notify me for people on my site! It alerts. I just started formilla, so I cant give too much of a feedback, but seems to be working good
