    Bait and switch

    It worked great for a month and then it went downhill. At first it was frustrating because they threatened to turn off my account every month until I send them my wix receipt. Ok, a little inconvenience but I'll deal with it. Then one day after 3 months they moved my account from 100 seats (we used about 5) to 1 seat. No explanation. We just couldn't log in. I contacted them and they said it should have been one seat the entire time. I told them it was very misleading on wix. First of all the trial is for 100 seats. Then you pick a plan on the wix website and it stays at 100 seats. No where does it say the price is per seat. Then one day, they move you to one seat, try to increase your price and migrate you to their billing. It worked great until the bait and switch happened 3 months later.

    Does not work on mobile websites.

    50% of our traffic. Worthless if it doesn't allow mobile site visitors to chat.

    Não funciona!

    Coloquei em minha loja e funcionou bem nos testes. Quando publiquei o site , parou de funcionar! Sequer consigo deletar do editor da Wix. Fica carregando um tempão e aparece "ops, algo deu errado", atrapalhando quem visita meu site. Não dá suporte no Brasil

    Não existe Versão Grátis como anunciado

    Instalei o aplicativo em meu site. Ele diz ser grátis e premium mais nenhum momento avisou ser grátis para avalização e depois cobraria. Resultado: Demorei um tempo enorme para configurar, usei alguns dias e agora o aplicativo que que eu pague para continuar usando. Acredito que deveria ser mais clara essa informação.

    Started Very Nicely...then...

    My LiveChat started very nicely then...just stopped working and multiple agent contacts later; it still isn't working. I was even told at one point that everything looked fine while it wasn't working. I've since had to uninstall. Still trying to decide on an alternative or if LiveChat could be reliably fixed and resumed.

    Não é grátis é apenas teste

    O app diz ser grátis e premium no entanto, depois de um tempo eles não permitem o acesso se você não pagar a partir daquele dia, ou seja, estão informando errado pois o app não tem opção de uso gratuito, então o certo é informar que esse app é teste/premium. Por causa desse ludibriamento, eu não recomendo
