    The App Doesnt Work.

    It will not let me make any changes to the products. Every time I try, I am met with an error message "We had trouble loading this Element. Please try again later". This is very frustrating

    Can be fiddly but help was there via chat if you know where to look

    Had an issue re POWR account linking to WIX and app in website builder not working. Went directly through Free Ecom POWR website, to access app through there instead it was linked but then booted me out without any sign in credentials at hand, so would let me sign back in. Raised a ticket with Help chat on POWR. After a few minutes and a few quick details shared help linked my account back up to where it was and helped me regain access to the account. Once in again I could see I was back where I wanted to be. Good help and quick to respond.

    Refresh Error

    This app used to work well and now doesn't. Tried working with support, but had to contact them at a stupid time in the morning to suit their hours! Not helpful. When we click on manage products, it comes up with an error: We had trouble loading this element. Please try again in a few minutes. Then with a refresh button. This has been happening since last year. We found a work around, but now that isn't even working!

    I need this app to work well. I never got a chance to remove the default product stuff in it and put mine in. I set everything up the way I want them and then click on the content tab and then click on Ecommerce Products and then click on Manage Products and it gives the following message with a Refresh button underneath: We had trouble loading this element.     Could use more robust documentation

    The POWR eCommerce app is a nice alternative to Wix's native eCommerce soutions. However, it does have small amount of issues. The documentation doesn't really explain how to check your cart once an item's been added. Also, the documentation doesn't explain the extent to which you can test the app within the editor. The only option is to reach out to staff (who are kind and helpful) and answer questions they could've easily addressed within the support docs. I hope the docs will be more robust in the future.

    Issues Resolved

    Issues in the beginning with adding new products to my store, but customer service was able to resolve it within a week or so. (Longer than hoped, but it all worked out.)

    App is fairly basic for an eCommerce suite

    I guess this would be ok for a very small site only selling a few products. It is certainly not customizable, for a design perspective or from being able to customize product options. I removed the app after a few days due to these reasons.

    Less than an hour in and a glitch preventing me form using it

    Less than an hour in, just starting to add products. Just upgraded to Pro and then it glitches and I haven't been able to edit or manage it since. Spoken to someone at Wix who has escalated it to Ecommerce but so far no word and it's been 24 hours. Being under a deadline and needing to get this store up and running this is a terrible start and I hope they sort it soon. Otherwise I'll be requesting a refund and the product is currently unusable. Very disappointing and fustrating

    THey didn't solve a bug i submitted

    I submitted a help form that the WIX app doesn't appear correctly. It's clearly a bug that say it needs to be refreshed. Open wix and use this app youll see it under the Ecomerce Products window. I ended up needing to go to the actually site to edit my products. Horrible, am looking to change apps,.

    Absolutely Awful

    This ecommerce app seems easy enough to set up but i have been driving traffic to my site, lots of people have started the buying process but not one of them has completed it because it's so awkward to use. Now it won't even let me edit or manage my products. It's a complete waste of time and has cost me an absolute fortune in lost revenue!

    Not working

    At first I thought this app was going to be a great addition to my site, but after paying for the subscription nothing is loading and I am continuously prompted to start over. Defeated the purpose of downloading the app and a complete waste of money. I'd like a refund.

    It's okay.

    Overall I would say the experience is pretty fair. The UI is nice, and the functionality is varied. However, for the last day and a half, I've been attempting to use the product manager function to no avail; I didn't pay the yearly subscription just to have the service crap out on me. I don't know if I can recommend this product yet, at least until I can actually finish and preview it on my website.

    Stripe subscriptions unavailable

    Since I pay for using the button, and I cannot use it for Stripe subscriptions, I am not happy. I was informed this issue may be resolved in January 2023, no idea what is taking so much time. 3D security for Stripe did not happen out of the blue.
