    The App Doesnt Work.

    It will not let me make any changes to the products. Every time I try, I am met with an error message "We had trouble loading this Element. Please try again later". This is very frustrating

    Refresh Error

    This app used to work well and now doesn't. Tried working with support, but had to contact them at a stupid time in the morning to suit their hours! Not helpful. When we click on manage products, it comes up with an error: We had trouble loading this element. Please try again in a few minutes. Then with a refresh button. This has been happening since last year. We found a work around, but now that isn't even working!

    I need this app to work well. I never got a chance to remove the default product stuff in it and put mine in. I set everything up the way I want them and then click on the content tab and then click on Ecommerce Products and then click on Manage Products and it gives the following message with a Refresh button underneath: We had trouble loading this element.     Less than an hour in and a glitch preventing me form using it

    Less than an hour in, just starting to add products. Just upgraded to Pro and then it glitches and I haven't been able to edit or manage it since. Spoken to someone at Wix who has escalated it to Ecommerce but so far no word and it's been 24 hours. Being under a deadline and needing to get this store up and running this is a terrible start and I hope they sort it soon. Otherwise I'll be requesting a refund and the product is currently unusable. Very disappointing and fustrating

    THey didn't solve a bug i submitted

    I submitted a help form that the WIX app doesn't appear correctly. It's clearly a bug that say it needs to be refreshed. Open wix and use this app youll see it under the Ecomerce Products window. I ended up needing to go to the actually site to edit my products. Horrible, am looking to change apps,.

    Absolutely HATE this app! Not up to WIX's standard. Dissapointed

    I don't even know where to begin. It is just horrible. There are almost NO customization options and the ones we do have - don't even work properly...for example the title allows for Font and style/size changes, but no matter what you change it to, it will not get bigger. SO Stupid

    uploadable file size is too small

    Your file can only be up to 5mb. I do graphic design, specifically book covers and the files are huge, 20 or more mb. The app is too limiting. I can't use it.

    I was not planning to tell that I really dont like your product, one exsample if I have a page with product A and a page with product B, then your app dont allow custormers to do one checkout, so really how good reviewa do you expect? And then this review pop up came again and again and again, so here you, my 1 star for you guys, but hey you stille get my money for a while, since i dont have time to change provider

    WASTE OF MONEY- Do not buy the subscription!

    I love the other Powr apps I've purchased, but this one is a joke. I didn't realize how horrible the store would look and extremely disappointed I'm now stuck with a one year subscription already paid for on app I will never use. The user experience for my customers is terrible- no options to click a link to view their cart while still shopping and once you place an item in your cart for purchase, its near impossible to figure out how to get back to the store. What an absolute waste of money; will definitely be purchasing an e-commerce plug-in elsewhere now because this one will never be professional enough for my customers to buy anything from my store.

    I've stopped using it

    When I set up my page, four years ago, I thought using this was the only way I could add an eCommerce facility. That was wrong and also a mistake. Pluses: set-up is simple; The discount-code system is good; I still like the layout, which shows a good amount of descriptive text with the picture. Negatives: a cumbersome interface, with half the screen wasted by dead space; the slowness with which it processes every change, especially as you get more and more products in it. Infuriating: lack of features and the absence of development to add them – no reporting (to quickly show what's selling well and what isn't); no option to have or change a default price for all products, so if you have 600 products with the same price, putting that price up means opening & editing all 600 individually. Then it stopped working properly. Orders failed. Customers complained. It cost me sales and damaged my brand. It does now seem to have been fixed, but too late for me. I've switched to Wix Stores.

    I paid for the highest price with the most storage and still can't use it

    I paid for your highest option with the biggest file size and when trying to upload a simple video, your app fails to recognise my recent purchase and redirects me to pay again. Not worth the time and I'm cancelling and want my money back.

    Can't add multiple items to a cart...

    I'm so confused as to why you wouldn't build this so that customers can add MULTIPLE items to their cart. I installed this and tried and when I try to add a second item, the pop-up cart shows up and has deleted the first item. I was excited about this app because it allowed for one-time AND subscription products to be purchased in one check-out session (or so I thought)

    I hate this app

    I found the description the perfect solution for my challenge but it's misleading and deceptive. It's only free for 3 products, and in dollars. Total waste of time, hard to use and frustrating.

    VERY BAD!

    This note keeps popping up as your are working on the site to fill out a review. The pop up locks up my computer screen and interferes with my work tremendously. It is very poor service. I liked the program until this. This makes this program awful!!!

    doesn't seem to work or open

    It looks like it took the payment but I never managed to open it. if the payment has been taken I'd like to be refunded. Not enough info or demo, Wix shows I have it but then on the site looks like I don't have it; too much time spent, that's not good.

    Awful, complete waste of money. Not even worth one star

    I paid 160$ for a year, it is such a user unfriendly app. Doesn't give you nearly as many options as the free wix apps ( which I ended up using). Organizing sales is non existent, invoices don't have references numbers. Online support gives you no help - acted like everything was common sense... sending pics of what he was doing.. then just to come to realize we were both talking about different apps. Didn't help at all just said will give feed back to the developers...ok????? Then said I could not get a refund even though I had purchased this lousy app a few hours earlier. Thanks for stealing my money. Worst customer service. You should stand behind what you develop and what you offer to your customers, it will develop you as a company.
