    It's okay.

    Overall I would say the experience is pretty fair. The UI is nice, and the functionality is varied. However, for the last day and a half, I've been attempting to use the product manager function to no avail; I didn't pay the yearly subscription just to have the service crap out on me. I don't know if I can recommend this product yet, at least until I can actually finish and preview it on my website.

    Error despues de Pagar

    Agregué un eCommerce a mi página y pude agregar 3 productos en la modalidad Gratuita sin problemas. Luego pagué el Premium para tener más opciones pero desde que lo hice, no puedo agregar más productos y la página me da un error de carga de la pagina cada vez que lo intento. Ahora estoy atorado sin poder agregar más productos.

    Normally great, but unworkable now.

    I am having difficulty managing my products in my ecommerce business account. Each time I click on product manager, I get a message saying that "We had trouble loading this element. Please try again in a few minutes." With a refresh button underneath... This has been happening for the past 4 days that I have trying to update my online store with new products and new pricing on existing product lines... I cannot find how to fix this problem anywhere on the website.

    Horrible Interface in WIX. Buggy, Glitchy, Doesnt load correctly.

    All of these store apps and integrations are high level BS. I mean this is my 4th one in a month, trying to integrate a site, with payments from Pay Pal or anything other than SQUARE. So far, I am fighting to create products and load images...the interface is terribly limited, but I am tired of PAYING for things that dont work, then cancelling the renewal and PAYING for something else that doesnt work. At least I was able to make a purchase with this store using a CC and it worked. So for that I will continue to struggle.

      Hi there, Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Once in awhile, we tend to like to get feedback from our users to see what we're doing well in versus what we can do better! Unfortunately, At the time there is no option to change the frequency of the review. The feedback popup is on a per-app basis. To further explain, if you provide feedback on Form builder, you won't be asked on this app again. However, if you create a different app the feedback popup would appear for that app. If this isn't the case and you are being asked to review an already reviewed app, Do reach out to us for any suggestions or queries and we'll be more than glad to help.

    Not enough design choices.

    This app needs more design choices. As an artist trying to sell paintings I need more display options. The "lightbox effect" doesn't work. You should be able to click on the thumbnail and the image should enlarge with the ability to zoom but it only zooms within the thumbnail which is not at all helpful to anyone trying to purchase a painting.

    Extremely buggy

    So I added it to my site and everything was working fine, then all of a sudden my products aren't showing up. I've deleted the app and re-added but still no products will show up!

    This site has too many bugs. I paid for a eCommerce site and its telling me I need to upgrade

    If this actually did what it was supposed to do, I would give it a better review. However, I purchased a plan today and half way through setting up, the app just crashes. Further more, I have paid for a subscription which has now reverted back to a free plan but you all have my money. I do not recommend simply because of the bugs.

    Can't find option for paid plan

    I can't find payment recurring period option (for ex. monthly, bimonthly, trimonthly) in the description. It is necessary for me to decide if I wan to update or not.

In order to set up a subscription within your 'E-commerce' plugin you'd need to login into your POWr dashboard -> choose the relevant 'E-commerce' plugin -> go to the 'Contents' tab -> click on the relevant 'Element' -> go to the 'Pricing' tab -> 'Payment type' -> 'Subscription'.     Set Currency

    Got the "beginner" e-commerce app. App itself looks good and easy to use. Could become a 5-star app. But... in the field "options" you should be able to choose a different currency than USD. However, it is not possible for me to choose the Euro Currency. As a matter of fact, I cannot choose any other currency at all. Field "Options" is empty. I use stripe in connection with Ideal. (used a lot in the Netherlands) Tried it on various computers. Without the possibility to change the currency, the app is useless for me. Anyone knows how to change the currency?

    eCommerce in WIX

    I just added this app to my store. Its too bad that it doesn't link to My Cart (Wix Store Cart). Now I don't have a cart at all in my header. I also lost the My Orders feature in the header. Its seems this App is basically embedded with no real connection to my WIX site. Has any one solved this integration gap?

      Hello, I apologize for the confusion but the eCommerce app has its own cart and payment integration with Payal and Stripe so it will not be integrated into your Wix store cart. If your customers purchased your product(s) or service(s) through the POWr eCommerce app you can find the orders on the Sales Dashboard within the app. Please reach out to POWr Support if you have any other issues or queries.

    I am bit over the app asking for a review when I am trying to work!

    I think the app is ok, but I am only new to the process - I would prefer to choose a time when I would like to review the app after I have learnt something about it! Not be bothered every few minutes. I would like to change the image from a square to a landscape. Not sure how that can happen.

      Sorry to hear this is a deal-breaker for you :( We're a small team working out of SF, California, and we currently do all translations in-house (with the help of our multilingual support folks). French is definitely at the top of our list of languages we'd like to be able to offer. We hope to make this happen soon!

    Glitch City

    Purchased this app for the sole purpose of developing a subscription service. The customization for every facet is EXTREMELY limited. As an example, in my product description, I can't even space a sentence, much less create a box that tells the customer what size s/he is getting. If a customer purchases an item, you cannot customize the e-mail sent after the purchase was made. After the payment is made, no payment message is displayed to the customer whatsoever leaving the customer wondering if s/he even purchased the item. The worst, however, is after clicking a product once it was made live, the product advances to a new field, but one cannot navigate back to the original product screen. You have to refresh the whole page! The product just gets stuck in whatever you last left it on. I'm very disappointed with just how little effort was put into the product design, the user experience, and how little design capability was granted to its customers' - e.g., us.

    I like the product, but was mislead by price...

    The product is good, but I was disappointed to find out the pricing system was shown differently when I wanted to upgrade to the payed option. For example, you don't get unlimited products when you upgrade to the $5 package. I would have given 5 stars if pricing was consistent between wix app market, and when I went into the app itself to upgrade.

    Digital Downloads

    Hi, is there a way to upload multiple types of digital files, such as an ebook in PDF format along with an mp3? I tried to do so and it was well under the 2g limit but it wouldn't allow me to. Also, can I offer free downloads to site visitors while retaining their email address for my list? Thanks

      Hi there! Happy to help with your questions. 1) Yes, you can sell multiple files as one product by putting them into the same folder on your computer, then converting that folder into a ZIP file. You can then upload that ZIP file as your digital item. 2) eCommerce unfortunately doesn't currently have that option available. This is on our list for a future update! In the meantime, consider using our Form Builder Plus+ app for this. You could add just an email field and make the submit button say "Go to Download", then redirect to your download page after submission. Hope this helps!     No shopping cart, and I can't make categories

    Hi, I'm selling cross-stitch patterns, I have around 1000. If I really need a shopping cart, I want to make different categories for the patterns. Also if I upload my items and after I fix something on the design then my already uploaded items just dissapear. Even if I hit save and publish after my uploads. Too bad, because it is an easy to use app.

    shipping

    why does the shipping i put in increase in the same increments per item added to the cart ex: $7 to $14 to $21 it shouldn't be that much and how about free shipping when 3 or more are ordered i cant even make a rule

    preview production picture doesn't show

    It's a good product. Initially, the plugin would show the product picture. Now, it doesn't. I reloaded the pictures, saved, and published. Still, the pictures were no where to be seen. I can't sell products without pictures!
