Could use more robust documentation

The POWR eCommerce app is a nice alternative to Wix's native eCommerce soutions. However, it does have small amount of issues. The documentation doesn't really explain how to check your cart once an item's been added. Also, the documentation doesn't explain the extent to which you can test the app within the editor. The only option is to reach out to staff (who are kind and helpful) and answer questions they could've easily addressed within the support docs. I hope the docs will be more robust in the future.

Issues Resolved

Issues in the beginning with adding new products to my store, but customer service was able to resolve it within a week or so. (Longer than hoped, but it all worked out.)

App is fairly basic for an eCommerce suite

I guess this would be ok for a very small site only selling a few products. It is certainly not customizable, for a design perspective or from being able to customize product options. I removed the app after a few days due to these reasons.

So far I'm finding it a little frustrating to use, but I'll keep at it... as it appears to be what I need to make sales on my site.

Stripe subscriptions unavailable

Since I pay for using the button, and I cannot use it for Stripe subscriptions, I am not happy. I was informed this issue may be resolved in January 2023, no idea what is taking so much time. 3D security for Stripe did not happen out of the blue.

Primera Aproximación al Ecommerce.

Sencilla de usar, una manera sencilla y económica de empezar a vender online. Sin embargo las opciones de diseño son limitadas, las fuentes no funcionan bien.

It can pass for now

1. My inventory tracking does not work, I've yet to receive any emails about low stock when one of my items actually sold out. 2. There seems to be a weird glitch that many customers have told me about when adding items to a cart. 3. It appears there is no way to browse my site and then come back to your cart to checkout. The only way to get to your cart is when you add something, you can click the cart button right away. That's very annoying because I lost sales as people were unable to find the cart after browsing. 4. I am still waiting to see what is sent to customers when they place an order. I understand that we cannot customize this but it's not good that correspondence is going out to my customers and I do not know what it looks like. 5. Sales Dashboard - there should be an option for me to remove processed orders instead of seeing the full list of orders all the time.

Simple platform but very limited

If you're looking for something with extremely simple functionality that's inexpensive this might be something for you. We wanted something that would integrate well with our wix site, and this seemed like the best, most reasonably priced option that would fit that need. It seems simple enough to use in some ways, but there are certain key features that are not intuitive and some things that seem to be completely lacking. For example, the shipping only allows you to enter one standard amount to charge shipping on each item - we did find a workaround in the options, but it isn't an intuitive approach. We've also found difficulty in inventory tracking, which is something we were really looking for in a platform. It seems you can only enter one inventory number for item but can't break it down by size or color or any other key factors. The app also seems to have a troubled integration with wix, since our page the app lives on keeps reloading automatically sometimes, causing items to disappear then reappear. However, the system does seem to process simple transactions without issue. So, if you're looking for an inexpensive system that does very basic sell functions, this might be a good fit, but if you're looking for something with more capability, this app is rather limited.

No Currency for India

I tried this app, one of better apps for e-commerce. I wanted to use it for monthly membership subscriptions to our website. Unfortunately in pricing options, Indian currency is not available. Also Indian payment gateways are not supported. I had to abandon it.

Easy to use

I'm not a tech savvy and so far it looks easy to set up. I'd love to add an automated email after purchasing my service, but it looks like only premium customers could add the option.

Currency

Can you add another currency on your e-commerce platform? I would like to add the South African Rand

Not responsive

On desktop it works quite well, however as soon as I view it on mobile, half of the products are cut off. Spent a long time trying to see how to rectify this but not having any luck

It's frustrating me

Every time I try to add a new product image it deletes an item. I've spent over an hour adding the same products over and over because its haphazardly deleting products im trying to sell. I only have 4 items Im trying to add. It worked fine when I set up the app 2 years ago, now that I am updating im having a lot of problems. And the header font size isn't adjusting properly. Idk if its my computer or the app, but right now I'd rate the app as just okay.

Just started modifying the 3 sample products

Seems easy enough. Just starting so I don't understand all the consequence of the changes I'm making - so just 3 stars until I get more experience - can only blame my web-creating skill at the moment - not the tool.

Free For Now | PayPal Description Images

Prior to publishing our site, we noticed weird images (from the app template) and didn't see them during the editing. Not sure how to get rid of them. The free version is what we can afford now (non-profit) and also is a trial to see if this app will work for us. Everything else is okay, except for the weird payment images that pop up from no where.

i find it annoying that the file offered for download can be saved before the order process is completed if price is set to 0 $. Unfortunately i also don´t know how to change this.

I have your business plan and it wont let me do monthly

I have your upgraded business plan, i have my strip account connected and it still wont let me do monthly subscriptions to my customers. You provide no phone number to call for help on your website..only an email, Please get back to me asap as this is frustrating. I paid to have the service but its not letting me.

Im very limited to a small amount of things without purchasing a subscription.

Does the job, but needs more features.

After trying out several more complicated and costly apps to sell CSA shares, I settled on eCommerce as a good low-budget solution. It lacks a few features that I'd like to see in the future--such as being able to put multiple subscriptions in the customers cart at once--but it does the job.

Like the App but ...

It's not intuitive and I'm struggling to make changes to it once set up. I've also upgraded to a premium site but the 'free website' tools is still showing on my site.

Its very basic and simple

It is a good plugin, but there are no options to allow the customer to accept the terms and conditions of sale. Which these days, you really need to cover yourself legally.

I love this!! Ive tried a few others, but they were clunky and slow, this is so simple to use!!! *EDIT* Although I have to admit, not too happy about the fact that in order to pay "$4.79 a month", you actually have to pay $57 upfront, so I'm gonna stick to the trial for a while...
