The app is great! Creating the lables is simple and quick! Interfacing it properly can be difficult
We really like using this app, creating labels is fast and easy! It was difficult to figure out how to get our preferred options to work properly with wix itself but the customer reps were great! They were so helpful! They found my issue quickly and let me know exactly how to fix it. The only suggestion I have is that you add more help resources to the website- more FAQs, assistance videos, a help chat, or even just pages to go through detailing how to troubleshoot issues. Despite that I was extremely happy with the customer service assisting with my problems.

Tech support is awesome!
I was very concerned about getting any kind of tech support from a third party app. Especially when communicating only thru email. However, I was pleasantly surprised when, not only did they respond promptly, the problem was quickly fixed. Thanks, Tomer!!

having troubles
the app won't take my credentials and is giving me an error "Looks like the 'rating' permission is missing. Please try generating again and ensure you check the box next to 'Rating' during the process. You can follow along with the video tutorial.

Another Amazing App from PoCo!
