    joke

    The chat works nice. Looks good too. Yet it is hard to say who the site visitors are chatting with. Can't integrate with Slack, can't integrate with Teams. Settings dialog has no SAVE button and I don't see any way to integrate it anyway. Why exactly are they wasting my time?

    horrible service

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription for four years and they continue to bill me. I'm out $600 and nobody cares.

      I'm sorry, but we just have a Live Chat app that you can include in your website and we are not affiliated with Wix itself. We are a separate company with an app in their app market.

    I wish I could recommend this app!

    They don't tell you that it only works on a desktop. Most of the live chat apps will show on both desktop and mobile automatically. This one "works" on mobile view, but you have to go through a tedious set up process. Who has time for that? Most people that install a live chat have a business to run. Even when you install it in mobile view, you can only customize the buttons so far. Not to mention, if you open it in a new window, it takes away for from the "intrusiveness" of a chat option. I wanted to give it a chance, but I will have to delete this app from my site.

      Hi there. Currently, you need to add a live chat button with a link to our chat on the mobile view. This also supports things other features like email footers, and external links. We are currently working on a new version that automatically adds the live chat widget to your mobile view. We can let you know when that's released. Thanks!
