User friendly

Didn't notify of service disruption for 5 days

Used these guys for 10 years. Then they suffered a "malicious attack" on 01 May, so nothing clients sent to us came through from that date. On 05 May, they finally told us about it. In the app back-end, we saw we missed 2 projects from clients during those 5 days. They admit they should have told us sooner and offered a small discount, but not nearly enough. We've cancelled our renewal.

This is the best easy to setup form

I've been using Boom Form for years and install it on all my clients' websites. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Highland Cow

I ordered one of the Highland cow tumblers; I just want to say that it exceeded my expectations. The purple was so pretty, plus the tumbler keeps my drink cold all day! I will be getting some Christmas presents from you guys too.

Excellent app

Does just what our group needs. Menu scrolling can be a bit wonky, but that's really the only issue. Most importantly, if something goes haywire (which can happen with technology), they get on the issue IMMEDIATELY. We recently had a small problem: when our conference attendees submit a proposal through this form, they are supposed to get a confirmation email. That's worked perfectly for years ... except this year, for some reason, we noticed the email wasn't going out. We reached out to their tech support about the problem ... and they not only responded immediately, they fixed the problem within just a couple of hours. Excellent service!

dysfunctional

Some of the fields along with titles just don't display despite being added and edited in settings. No troubleshoot available.

Brilliant app with great pro-active customer service/dev team

I got this app hoping it would solve all the missing parts from the generic WIX form, it solved a few but not all. I really need conditional emailing to 3 different email addresses dependent on the Subject selection of enquiry by the customer, however it was yet to have this feature. I reached out to the support team and there dev team added in the feature and even switched on for my account early as I had a pressing deadline with my client. Couldn't recommend enough! The support is fantastic!

Great features Great Service

Has all the features you want in a form builder, but the real selling point for me is fast support for in app issues. I had problems implementing an add on to my forms, and their support team responded quickly and addressed the problem within 24 hours. That kind of support is worth paying for.

Templates - ok | Fonts - ?

I appreciate the variety of templates; you've practically done my work for me. However, one point is unclear... Can I customize the form's fonts to match those of my website?

Been using it for years

Great app. Offers what I need- with minimal issues. I've only had one or two problems that I recall. Support is fast & reliable. All good. Highly recommend.

i havent used this app for a very long time. then i notice a charge and theres no way to reverse it. i didnt approve the charge and its unclear how to receive a refund

Excellent Customer Service

I've used Boomform for over 5 years and anytime I've had a query the response is always quick and they'll go the extra mile to help. The contact form is excellent with multiple features I would most definitely recommend this company.

Love & hate relationship

We love the user-friendliness, HOWEVER, it's full of glitches. We pay hundreds of dollars a day on google ads to receive leads. After using them for 2 months we realized that half of our leads were not processed properly, meaning that half of our ad spend has gone to waste. They were at first very communicate and reassured us that they fixed this glitch, so we continued using them. Now, another glitch came up a few days ago: leads that upload content are not able to submit their application. We ask all our leads to upload certain files, meaning we're not able to receive any leads anymore. As a business that relies ENTIRELY on receiving leads, it means that a glitch in this software brings our business to stand-still. I've been trying to get a hold of their support team but they are seemingly avoiding us; we've sent multiple emails and only received one response about there being a glitch with dropbox. I'll only remove this 1 star review only once fixed. Update: fixed -> 3 stars now

User-friendly app with a few limitations

I recently installed this app to use the pagination function and I have been extremely impressed with how user-friendly and easy it is to use. However, I do have a few comments: 1. The dropdown field does not allow you to import any lists. For example, if you want to import a list of languages, you have to add them one by one manually. 2. Another issue I noticed is that the custom text field does not allow you to add URLs within the text. This makes it difficult to lead users to a specific page for more information. 3. A third issue I encountered was that the app does not have a feature to archive submissions. This makes it difficult for users to keep track of their submission history. It would be helpful to have a feature to archive and view past submissions.
