    Love & hate relationship

    We love the user-friendliness, HOWEVER, it's full of glitches. We pay hundreds of dollars a day on google ads to receive leads. After using them for 2 months we realized that half of our leads were not processed properly, meaning that half of our ad spend has gone to waste. They were at first very communicate and reassured us that they fixed this glitch, so we continued using them. Now, another glitch came up a few days ago: leads that upload content are not able to submit their application. We ask all our leads to upload certain files, meaning we're not able to receive any leads anymore. As a business that relies ENTIRELY on receiving leads, it means that a glitch in this software brings our business to stand-still. I've been trying to get a hold of their support team but they are seemingly avoiding us; we've sent multiple emails and only received one response about there being a glitch with dropbox. I'll only remove this 1 star review only once fixed. Update: fixed -> 3 stars now

    FORM IS GOOD BUT CANNOT LOGIN

    I used this plugin to create a registration form for out site user, but after they submit registration form, they still cannot login and the info are not in the wix backstage system.. After submission, link to the home page does not work properly as well. Ummm...

      Hi Naomi, Unfortunately, our App is not fully integrated with Wix login system. But there is a nice workaround our support team has suggested to you. Please check your mailbox.

    Basic User Friendly Form Builder With Limited Features

    The form app itself is a good user friendly form builder for making simple, basic forms for a reasonable price. The basic features are limited but do offer some customization of text fonts and colors. However, the forms are not "adjustable" when designing for "phone" layouts. Layouts like multiple columns that look good on a monitor, get skewed and overlap on a phone display. The "Premium Add Ons" required for customizing the form, are limited and the ones that I tried did not work properly. Customer support is responsive via email with basic questions, but technical issues have to be elevated and are not as responsive. There is no phone support for urgent or complex issues.

    Easy to Use and Affordable

    I was looking for a "no frills" affordable form app for an all volunteer run, small non-profit. I was looking for something to create basic fillable forms that a volunteer with basic computer skills would be able to update without the expense of paying a professional web designer to maintain it. I looked at several apps, but this seemed to be the best value for the price.

    In the midle

      Hi danimuchnick, Truly, the free version is a bit limited than the Premium one. Still, there are plenty of first need features that can make your form rather functional. For instance, the fields are fully manageable just like in the Premium version. Notification emails are also available in the free version, which is of great importance for tracking your submissions. The number of entries can do well for a starter plan, too. But, if you need a more functional form you need an upgrade, as you know, developing Premium functions takes some good efforts and work from our team. So, a little contribution from your side is fair enough, I think :)

      Hi there, Thank you for contacting us. As it turns out, there is no way to send a submission in the excel format yet. But you can easily export all your submissions to excel or a single submission to PDF from the Dashboard panel.

    a bit too slow to solve a problem

    Helped me solved the problem but it took him a while to get back to me. a problem that could have been solved quickly, it took a week to get fixed. in a business like mine a week is a long time. Got there at the end

Actually our tech team spent quit a time on trying to find an issue in our system, but in the end we noticed that you just forgot to put your email address in the needed setting field, so after updating it everything started working properly.

    Issues with receiving the form via email once submitted

    I ordered the premium plan and have the forms set up on my website with no issues. However when testing the forms to be sure they are being emailed to said email addresses once submitted I am NOT receiving anything? I will be very disappointed if I did all this work only to find that I have to go with a new App and start all over. I will expect to be refunded for my premium charges if this can not be fixed.

    Boom is Down?

    I have Magic Form Builder on one of my pages for attorneys to upload documents and Boom for clients to contact me with questions and such. Boom is down this weekend and didn't now until a potential client could not communicate with me through the form. Luckily I have Formilla to view who is visiting and Live Chat running.

    This app is easy to use, but i'd hope more options for free version. For example responses would be nice to get to the email. And more languages also.

    Working on the free version, it deleted everything

    No funciona Form Creator / Form Creator does not work

    Estimados, he adquirido la app Form Creator en WIX y algunas funcionalidades NO FUNCIONAN. Los campos obligatorios no los exige al momento de llenar o enviar el formulario. Al presionar el botón enviar, no entrega el mensaje de confirmación. Tengo configurado el Email Notificador a cmontero.adactiva@gmail.com y no recibo ningún formulario. No encuentro donde configurar más de una cuenta de correo al Email Notificador. As to Email Notifier, that was also resulted from the bug and is also working properly now.
