    User-friendly app with a few limitations

    I recently installed this app to use the pagination function and I have been extremely impressed with how user-friendly and easy it is to use. However, I do have a few comments: 1. The dropdown field does not allow you to import any lists. For example, if you want to import a list of languages, you have to add them one by one manually. 2. Another issue I noticed is that the custom text field does not allow you to add URLs within the text. This makes it difficult to lead users to a specific page for more information. 3. A third issue I encountered was that the app does not have a feature to archive submissions. This makes it difficult for users to keep track of their submission history. It would be helpful to have a feature to archive and view past submissions.

You are right, currently, the Dropdown field does not support the option of importing a list, it has some predefined options, but not a list of languages. We will discuss your suggestion for future updates of the app. 2. Actually, currently, there's a way to add URLs through the Custom Text field by adding HTML code there. In the Content of the field add the following HTML code: <h3><a target="_blank" href="http://boomte.ch">Click Here</a></h3> Do not forget to replace "http://boomte.ch" with the link to your page. 3. That is an excellent suggestion. However, if you add the Confirmation E-mail add-on users can get a transcript of their own submitted data. Our specialist has also reached out to you via your email.     Not receiving leads

    I can't receive leads after 100 submissions nothing is going to my email. Please help

Your 100-entry limit (that is supported in the Free version of the app) has expired, which is why the notification emails of the submissions are not generated.     It's changing without notice

    You guys keep moving goalposts. Logic once free now is "premium" also can't send form submission to my email for free any more. No notice, nothing... I keep loosing my customers!!! EDIT I'm changing my rating to 4 as indeed I exceed 100 emails limit. My bad. It would be good idea to send warning notice at lets say 75% use, not after the fact. As of Logic I'm pretty sure I used it in the past, now can't find it as a part of free tier. Maybe I had some trial package or sth.

      Hey dear, So glad that you liked our app) You are right unfortunately you can’t use our forms to register your page members, that is to ask for email-password and later give them permission to your WIX Dashboard.     Support très réactif

    J'utilise la version gratuite, suffisant pour mes besoins. J'ai eu un problème technique et le support m'a répondu très rapidement et a réglé le problème tout de suite. (J'ai juste dû utiliser un logiciel de traduction vu que je ne maîtrise pas bien l'anglais).

    Some issues in the past but working great now

    I use the form along with the PayPal addon to take breakfast orders for my hotel. I tried every form app on Wix I think and this by far the best. The mobile app is great, I have it on my phone and the pastry chef has it on hers, so we both know when something new comes in.

    Good form app; Lots of Options

    I just started using the app. It is pretty easy to set up. There are a lot of options for style. I really like the address fields, but wish it included a state dropdown instead of just an input box. The country dropdown is nice. Customer service is really good too.

    Good App but missing a couple features

    For the most part this app has been functional, and it's accomplished most of what I've hoped. However, there are a couple character flaws that make it difficult to build extensive forms, and not having a payment option built in stinks big time (I don't like paying extra fees to include the option!). The support is awesome, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 3. The forms are clean looking on our webpage which I really like.

    Everything's Going good But...

    I am enjoying the app, its quick auto email reply response to users. My only issue and I am not sure if there is a workaround is hotmail accounts don't seem to receive the autoreply email. Is there a workaround for this?

    Great app to start accepting online applications

    We wanted to try out receiving applications online for our driving school, since previously all applicants had to come in person. We started around August or September and we have had a lot of revenue! Totally recommend it if you have not started online applications to your businesses. Have not used the premium version yet, so we hope in the new year we will be able to upgrade and enjoy the premium features!

      Hi! You can add unlimited number of forms to your website without additional charge. The Premium package is designed for the APP and once you upgrade it all your existing forms will become Premium too.

    Great Survey Tool!

    I needed a survey to put on my website for a limited period. Form Creator was very easy to use and blended beautifully with my website. I did have some difficulty with needing to preserve the survey and halting its access, which I was unable to do without losing the data attached to it. Support helped me access and fix some of my data, which was a tremendous help. While there are some helpful functional tweaks that need to be made, I recommend this AP!

      Hi, Yes you can easily add checkbox, dropdown and date type fields to your form. Go to the Fields tab in the Settings panel and click on the "Add New Field" button. There you'll see all(16) the available field types. Regards, BoomTech Team

    Easy to design and gets you the info you need

    I felt like the survey was easy to design. I like how you can see all the entries. I wish it was a little easier to view the data all in one. The columns scrunch so you can't read what it says without viewing each response individually. I will continue to use it though and it works well for our club.
