    It just stopped working!!

    Clients are trying to connect to me and the form just stopped working today, no explanation, nothing.

    This App Hides Fees

    The pricing shows unlimited submissions for $5/month. I would love to know why we are charged almost $10/month ($117/year). When redoing our website, we will be dropping this app although it is helpful. Can't trust a 50% surprise upcharge on plugins!

      Hello, We don't have any hidden fees. While you have active subscription on EpicFormBuilder premium package - no limits for submissions.     response link is not working on mobile.

    when the response arrived, then this app send to e-mail with a link which is directly to check all response but recently the link is not working on mobile and it's go to wix app downloading page. Pls check and advise. thanks.

      Wix never expected for users to access their dashboards from mobile, and it was never optimized for that experience. Perhaps it was a bug that allowed them to access it before. Now Wix releases Mobile Application and redirects all users who are trying to reach Wix Dashboard from mobile device. Meanwhile you can click on the link in email message on PC only. We also started working on iOS mobile application and EpicFormBuilder application will have its own mobile app. Would you be so kind as to update your review rating, because if this is not EpicFormBuilder issue? Thank you.

    Used to be better

    I love this app but now there are a lot of unncessary steps. In the past you could click the 'bell' at the top and view and reply to messages. Now you have to dig deep to be able to actually view the message and I stil haven't found where you are able to respond directly to the message. I have to pull up my email and do it that way. Yes, I have contacted support. They were helpul in giving me the lengthy steps to find the responses.

      Hello missamys! The 'bell' is a WIX functionality we aren't responsible for how it works, but we suppose you made a change in a form (in its structure to be precise) and notifications stopped working. The 'bell' reacts for new Contacts created through your website, in order to create a contact properly inside WIX, Epic Form Builder form has to have specific fields used e.g. Name, Phone, Email etc. However those are easily replaceable with just a text fields which won't work for notifications. If you need more details or some deeper research of your forms from our side, please contact us to our support email address.

    You need to fix the redirect thank you page on each form

    Currently you can select different redirect thank you pages for your forms. It only lets you redirect all forms to one single page, if you change one then it changes the rest to that single redirect page. Please fix this.
