    Doesnt Work

If possible, please share the Wix site/page where this appears, whether the prompt is in the editor or on the published site, and a screenshot of the message. Please do not post account or payment details publicly. We can’t confirm a fix or timeframe yet.

    Expensive

    In my opinion, it's an expensive app. 4 EUR/month, which is like 50 EUR/year. 2.99 USD says on the official website, but each month is taking 3.70 EUR from my card, so in the end it's still expensive.

      Thanks for your feedback. The free plan includes up to two manual sliders with branding; additional sliders and some features require a paid plan. We understand that pricing may not suit everyone.

    Great Idea- Doesn't work

    While a good idea, the app is very poorly designed and keeps crashing, glitching and bugging out my site

    Awesome idea, deal-breaking flaws

    Fought, scratched and clawed for 20 minutes trying to cancel. I get it you don't want to be easy to find but this is BS.

    Bad Image Quality

    As a photographer I need to show the best quality images. This app seems to reduce the quality of the images, so much so that they are unusable which is a pity as it is something I would definitely like to have on my site. Will have to try find another option.

      We strive to get the balance between the best quality and web performance. The result is web friendly website that loads quickly and still maintain as high image quality as possible. The quality of images changes depending on the width of the device and unless watching on very big display this results in the best possible image quality. On really big device width we limit the maximum size in order to deliver reasonable loading time (99% of people do not want to load 40MB images - - 20 MB each - to see the comparison). However we always try to bring the best possible solution that is possible for our clients so please send us more info (info@smardt.si) and sample images and device width that you are using and screenshot of what you regard as unusable image quality. We are happy to find the solution so for users that are aware of slow loading times we provide also the option of better image quality.
