Before And After Slider Doesn't work
Every time I try and create a new slider it doesn't work, so I cannot showcase any new cases on my page, which is crucial right now as we've introduced new services. Have contacted the developers (as requested) and no response! This is a service we pay for. Users must either be refunded or communicated with expeditiously.

Thanks for letting us know, and sorry the sliders stopped working across multiple pages. We’d like to check this. Please send your site URL and the affected page links, and tell us whether the sliders are blank, show an error, or do not respond. If possible, include a screenshot and let us know whether it happens on desktop, mobile, or both. Please don’t delete or reinstall the app while we investigate.

This app does not work after upgrading to use more sliders. There is also no support or feedback from the developer either.

Sorry you ran into trouble after upgrading. We understand the app did not allow the additional sliders and that you did not receive support. Please reopen the Wix Editor and try opening the slider settings again, then republish. If the issue continues, please share the affected site/page, the steps that fail, and a screenshot or exact error message so we can investigate.

the app crashed and wouldn't even open or be able to edit what a waste of time. horrible customer service, they will ignore you

Awful! It doesn't work! I've paid twice. Now I'm having a subscription.. The sliders aren't working and I can't cancel. Customer service is horrible. Don't install this app!

Wix manages app subscriptions: open Wix Premium Subscriptions, choose More Actions next to Before And After Slider, then Cancel App and Cancel auto-renew. If the slider issue continues, please contact us through the Wix App Market support channel with your site URL, affected page, whether it occurs on desktop or mobile, and a screenshot if available. Please don’t share payment or private account details publicly.

Purchased this app, won't load, can't use it, contacted support every day for 4 days (so far) and no response. What a waste of time and money!
