    Sliders not Working

    I have this app on multiple pages of my site and now nothing is working. What is the issue?

      Thanks for letting us know, and sorry the sliders stopped working across multiple pages. We’d like to check this. Please send your site URL and the affected page links, and tell us whether the sliders are blank, show an error, or do not respond. If possible, include a screenshot and let us know whether it happens on desktop, mobile, or both. Please don’t delete or reinstall the app while we investigate.

    Is there an error? Since yesterday, the sliders on my website no longer load. Can this be fixed????

    Stopped working

    I see you all are aware that it stopped working. What's the fix? I've reloaded images, refreshed, emptied cache, and done a dozen other things.

      We’re very sorry for the issues you experienced. Our servers had a temporary outage that caused the app to stop working, but this has now been fully resolved.     Works great

    Fantastic little app!

    I just installed this app today and am really impressed with its ease of usability. It's basic, but does everything you need it to. And for only a few dollars a month it's very cost effective. My only suggestion would be some way to make the height and width of the slider uniform when using multiples on one page. When I tried to alter the width, the height would change when I wanted it to stay static.       Thank you for your feedback, Jacqueline! The app always accommodates to the images that are used. In this case it gives the most flexibility for different use cases. The best way to achieve what you want is to make sure that the images from different sliders have exactly the same dimensions or at least the same ratios for all images.     cant see if/how to adjust images sizes & positions to make them overlay neatly.

      For the best experience we recommend using images with the same dimensions or at least the same ratio. As for taking the images, it is the best to take them with the same camera and from the same point and angle.

    Works great! Good value. Very happy

    I am not a professional and I just learned Wix last month. I searched "before / after slider" and found this app for Wix. It was pretty easy to figure out how to install and to change the default before / after pictures. The free version only allows 2 instances of before/after on your domain, and it also has their logo - fair enough. Unlimited use and no logo is just $2.49/mo. I am surprised so many here seem to have a hard time with it. Makes me think the developers should invest in better instruction manual and maybe an easy to find YouTube video of how to install and use it. It has a nice option where the slider can move automatically. I prefer to let the user move it manually, but I agree with another reviewer that it should have a "wiggle" option so that, maybe after an X-second delay, the divider bar wiggles back and forth just once - just enough to catch the eye so the user notices there is a bar they can move - important if second image is 95-100% hidden.

    Очень быстрое решение и без заморочек

    Хотелось бы самому менять положение изображения. Центровать или смещать + увеличивать. Таим образом можно будет попадать в противоположное изображение.

    Really great for me

    I realise there are quite a lot of negative reviews of this app. For me it has worked really well. I had one issue setting up (could not see published results) but customer support from Zare was great and helped me reslove. I use quite a lot of the sliders on my site to great effect - you will get a good idea of how this works by seeing them here: https://www.handymoz.com/transformations So has 100% recommendation from me.

    The app work but perhaps you need support

    The App could show a comum problem in the published site (as reported in the comments below), BUT the technical support is fast and great and can fix for you. In my case, I just click in Settings > Upgrade >"Reset Sliders". I'm using the free version (until 2 sliders). This is my site: www.scivisual.com (the Befor And After Slider is on the middle of Home Page).
