    Another "Wix Choice" app without support

    Installed it 30 days ago and upgraded so I can collect a bunch of session recordings to review. Now that I want to review them, the app is deleted from my Wix account. Installed new yesterday: no sessions recorded as of today (with plenty if visits). Worst of all, support is non-existent. What a waste of everyone's time.

    Hasn't been working for months

    I'm on a paid plan and it used to be great, but in the last few months, there were only a small handful of random days when it even loaded. Even their contact us page failed to load. Has this app gone bust??

    App too difficult

    I find the app too difficult to understand and want to cancel my plan which I got free for 1 year. How do I end my plan without having to pay when my year is up? I'm guessing it's just not deleting the app?

    No muestra nada

    Hace más de dos semanas que la instalé y, a pesar de que la app de Wix me reporta en vivo visitas. La página de TWIPLA sigue sin mostrar absolutamente ningún dato. Cada vez que entro al módulo, me da el mensaje de bienvenida, como si se hubiera recién activado.

    Horrible app with limited interest in assisting you as a customer

    After using this app for two years, I can't say that it works well. The app constantly has a very difficult time loading in any browser. It seldom works. The so-called service and help are a joke. Many of the so-called changes and updates end up being worse than the already sad app.

    They won't let you refund for a site you cancelled before renewal. You get a surprise bill.

According to Wix: "To prevent any interruption of service, app subscriptions are set to renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription if you no longer need it."
