   Cancelamento/ suporte não fuciona

   Quero o cancelamento imediato do plano, não tenho interesse no recurso pelo preço abusivo, peço o imediato cancelamento da cobrança em meu cartão de crédito, com base na lei do consumidor. Já mandei varias mensagens para o suporte e dizem estar fora do ar. Um absurdo!!!

   Caution! Beware of Undisclosed Auto-Renewal Charges and Poor Customer Service

   My experience with the TWIPLA app via WIX was highly unsatisfactory, resulting in an unfair charge for a service I no longer use. Despite discontinuing use, my account was automatically renewed and charged without any prior notification. When I sought a refund, WIX rigidly adhered to its Terms of Use, stating customers are responsible for disabling auto-renewal and claiming inability to track app usage. This is unacceptable for a tech company and shows disregard for fair practice. If using TWIPLA or similar Wix apps, meticulously track renewal dates and manually disable auto-renewal well in advance. Do not expect proactive notifications. Proceed with extreme caution.

You can cancel your subscription if you no longer need it.” They mention this in their Terms. Wix manages app subscriptions, and they're set to auto-renew to prevent any disruption to your service. You can easily manage your subscription settings, including canceling the automatic renewal, by going to the Premium Subscriptions section of your Wix account.    Interesting, when all the information uploads

   The program has great tools in theory, yet the issue I've had on multiple computers is the upload of information. Many times it takes a while to upload, and a couple times it's hung, where I have to hit the refresh button. That's only my two-pence.

   Deceptive Tactics. Dont use them

   A company that won't allow you to cancel AT ALL, and gives you knowingly false information in the FAQ about how to cancel, isn't a company that deserves your money. Here is what they say in their FAQ about canceling: How to cancel the TWIPLA subscription? You may cancel the auto-renewal at any moment by heading to Website Settings > Subscription > Payment Method > Turn off auto-renewal. Except that option isn't available in their stand alone. Nor is the cancel app available on the Wix website. in Premium Subscriptions. That's theft. I dont want your service any more, make it easy. I STILL can't find a way to cancel, and their support 100% will not reply if your request contains any word relating to cancel. This is a bad company. My "auto renewal" comes up in early July, and I'll be I won't get any reply or help until after that, and when I request the money back, it'll be oops, sorry!

   Free Version is a Joke

   It says you get 10 free sessions a month but that has been a lie in my case. I have only been allowed one session per month and then it says I've reached my limit. Also seems way too buggy to want to pay for it and the free trial isn't a trial at all. Sorry but I'm not paying for this knowing that after one session the app will likely tell me I'm out of sessions.

   Took money from my account without any notification at all. Please refund all monies taken. I have emailed support, money taken 13.3.25 and only noticed money taken on the 16.3.25 (well within 14 day cooling off period).

   Give me a refund for you unwanted app. Charged a renewal fee without any renewal notifications

   Just a scam. From a free app to a almost 400$ app without even any notifications telling you that that service is gonna be renew and you'll be charge. Wix should take matter on this. I'm thinking of transferring my site somewhere else if Wix and app creator work that way here. Pure garbage and I want a full refund

    Charged renewal fee without my knowledge and no notices until it was taken out of my account

    They are by far the worst app that I have ever used. They hid the fee and said free trial at first until they charge us almost $300 for the service one year after. Highly would not recommend them. So be aware that it is not a small price once your free trial is up.

    Charged a renewal fee without my knowledge.

    Terms and conditions are unclear, I found out way too late when an auto renewal hit and charged for it. It does not seem like I am the only user with this experience. It may offer as a free trial but it is not worth the cost of forgetting and being charged. Proceed without it.

    Big time scammers who are hiding their charges

    Hi, first of all, you guys dont have a clear policy, then you market yourself free and then you a complete complex web lies. You guys are charging without telling the clients. On that you don't have a refund policy, so don't subscribe as they have a nonsense policy, I am not alone, they have bots who are leaving 5-star reviews otherwise they are just a scammer and wix is also the part of the scam. On the Wix website they say that they are inbuilt part and then they charge you.

    buongiorno l'app a smesso di funzionare senza preavviso !! ho provato a disistallarla e a riattivarla ma è praticamente non da segni di vita non si apre ; ho contattato l'assistenza clienti ma non mi sono stati di grande aiuto; peccato era una bella app !!!
