    Another "Wix Choice" app without support

    Installed it 30 days ago and upgraded so I can collect a bunch of session recordings to review. Now that I want to review them, the app is deleted from my Wix account. Installed new yesterday: no sessions recorded as of today (with plenty if visits). Worst of all, support is non-existent. What a waste of everyone's time.

    Hasn't been working for months

    I'm on a paid plan and it used to be great, but in the last few months, there were only a small handful of random days when it even loaded. Even their contact us page failed to load. Has this app gone bust??
